Terrible customer service from the team. I placed an order yesterday at 3:54 pm for a scheduled delivery today between 9 am–1 pm. At 3 am, they texted me saying the box I wanted was out of stock and that delivery might be delayed as their morning orders were already packed. In the end, the delivery was almost 7 hours late and only arrived at 7:50 pm. I definitely do not recommend them anymore—it was supposed to be a birthday gift, but it arrived only near the end of the person’s birthday.
