I have been to BMF for facial at another outlet for quite some time and was pleased with the results. The consultant from the aesthetic clinic encouraged me to take up a pico laser package with them previously and i was guaranteed by the consultant that my uneven skin tone at a particular area will be resolved after 4-6 sessions of pico. After hearing that she is confident and it's definitely a guaranteed results, i was convinced to sign up the package for 10+1 free session. Afterall, she should be the professional in this field right? So I chose to believe the consultant because i have been satisfied with their facial sessions and they have definitely built a certain level of trust since i have been doing my facial with them for years. I have completed my package so far, and sad to say, i didnt get the guaranteed results i was promised verbally. Along the monthly sessions, i have been giving feedbacks to the clinic assitant that i am not getting the results i am looking forward to, but i guess there is nothing much the doctor can do. At the end of my 10+1 session, the doctor told me that if laser treatments could not resolve my concern, i should consider going for injection treatments instead and according to the doctor, injection will definitely see results as compared to laser. I mean, this will cost another bomb, and how am i supposed to believe in their words again? Why didnt the consultant just introduce this better option for me right from the start? Why Pico? Aesthetic treatments are not cheap, please think twice again if you are guaranteed by the consultant or if you even want to try their services. I am definitely disappointed in the results.
