About Bounce Singapore
Bounce Singapore is a birthday party venue and entertainment provider operating from 8 Grange Rd, #09-01 Cineleisure, Singapore 239695, offering islandwide-relevant party packages. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.3/5 rating across 1,970 Google reviews, which is a robust sample and provides meaningful confidence in the rating. Pricing is positioned at a mid-range level ($$) on a package basis, though specific package costs should be confirmed directly.
Enquire by stating your preferred event date, the child's age group, and approximate headcount — these three details determine which package tier applies and whether a slot is available. Bounce Singapore operates as a venue-based party provider, so the booking process revolves around securing a time slot rather than coordinating multiple vendors. Confirm what each package includes: the party room or play-area reservation duration, any food and beverage provision, party host or facilitator on the day, setup and teardown access, and whether decorations or party favours are bundled or available as add-ons. Ask about the deposit required to hold the date and the balance payment schedule, and confirm the wet-weather and cancellation policy, as well as any age or height restrictions on the play equipment relevant to the birthday child and guests.
To check availability, contact Bounce Singapore directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, providing your preferred date, time slot, and party size — popular weekend slots, particularly Saturday afternoons, tend to book out several weeks in advance.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Went when there were parties ongoing and we had to constantly move out of the area we were playing in or face a ridiculously long line because the partygoers were given priority. We were also directed out of the free play area because the staff said they wanna let those in the queue enter but.... there were more than enough empty trampolines in the other section of the free play area for the kids who were queueing up to play in. When paying, the staff didn't check how many hours we would've liked to play for and charged us for one and we only realised later on after having made payment and having left the queue. We still had a fun time but with all the queueing and waiting around, you get 45 mins of play time max and if price isn't a concern, then yes i'd recommend Bounce. Otherwise, just go occasionally when you feel an intense need to jump around on trampolines and just hope and pray that the urge only creeps up during weekdays.
Great and spacious play area! Tickets should be booked in advance, otherwise there’s a high chance you won’t get in. There are different options available — I personally like the 2-hour ticket. There’s a comfortable waiting area for parents where you can sit with a coffee and get some work done. Don’t forget to bring special grip socks or buy them at the entrance!
A great place with a spacious play area! Tickets should be booked in advance, as walk-ins have a high chance of being turned away. There are several ticket options available. personally, the 2-hour ticket works best. There’s also a comfortable waiting area for parents, where you can relax with a coffee or even get some work done. Remember to bring special grip socks, or you can purchase them at the entrance. The venue also offers three function rooms, making it ideal for hosting birthday celebrations or parties.
I redeemed the vouchers from Gardenia lucky draw and the process online and on-site was seamless. My children had loads of fun and burned a lot of energy. The crew coordinated each area well and my children were able to play in every area. Two hours was definitely more than enough and the bouncing tired them out. They remained watchful and made sure that only one jumped on each trampoline. There is no need to reach 15 minutes earlier for the briefing as the children were briefly briefed during the issue of their tags and when the time reached, they were allowed entry while the previous batch of people left.
Amazing place to enjoy with kids! The staff are all sooo nice n friendly. Especially to staff name Akim for assisting us during our visit. Kudos to Bounce SG and all the Crew!! Two thumbs UP!! 👍 👍🤗💕💕💕💕

Bounce Singapore prices party packages at a mid-range ($$) level, though specific package rates should be confirmed directly as they vary by party size, duration, and inclusions. Singapore market norms for venue-based kids' birthday party packages — covering room hire, a party host, and basic activity access — typically run S$500–2,500 depending on headcount and add-ons. When comparing packages, confirm what is itemised separately: food and beverages, additional party favours, extended time in the play area, and any decoration upgrades. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard in the events industry, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event date. GST may apply — confirm the tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive basis of the quoted price. See the full birthday parties cost guide for Singapore →
For a venue-based kids' birthday party at Bounce Singapore's Cineleisure location, booking six to twelve weeks ahead is advisable for in-demand weekend slots. Saturday afternoon slots during school holidays and long-weekend periods are typically the first to fill, so earlier is better if your date falls in those windows. Confirm with Bounce Singapore directly whether your preferred date and time are available before paying any deposit. Ask whether the date hold is firm upon deposit payment, and clarify the rescheduling policy — most reputable party venues allow one date change within a specified window without forfeiting the deposit, provided sufficient notice is given. If your event coincides with a public holiday or school break, factor in additional lead time as families tend to plan celebrations around those periods.
The industry standard for venue-based birthday party bookings is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date and time slot, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the slot reservation and any pre-event planning or package customisation — and what portion, if any, is refundable upon cancellation. Deposits in the events industry are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date, subject to availability and advance notice. Ask specifically about the rescheduling window and any conditions that apply. Also confirm public liability insurance coverage, particularly if the party involves active play equipment, so you understand the scope of protection in place for guests. Put the full package inclusions, balance schedule, cancellation terms, and any age or height restrictions in writing before paying.
