About Bright Vision Hospital

About Bright Vision Hospital

Bright Vision Hospital is a senior daycare provider in Singapore, operating from its centre at Lorong Napiri in the Hougang area and serving clients islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming active operations and a reachable contact channel. It holds a 3.4 out of 5 across 61 Google reviews, a moderate sample size, though the rating sits below the midpoint and warrants careful consideration before proceeding.

Families exploring senior daycare typically begin with a care assessment to establish the elder's mobility, medical, and social needs, alongside the number of hours or days of support required each week. It is worth clarifying at the outset whether the programme covers personal care, nursing, therapy, dementia-specific support, or primarily social and recreational activities. Key practical questions include transport arrangements to and from the centre, daily scheduling, meal provision, carer-to-participant ratio, and how the centre responds if a senior's condition changes. Bringing a family decision-maker to an in-person visit will help assess the environment and staff directly.

To take the next step, contact Bright Vision Hospital by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to request a programme overview, schedule a centre visit, and discuss how the care offering matches your loved one's current needs.

Extremely rude staff at all dept. 1 staff can still say "not life or death matter" when family member wanted to speak to patient via ward phone. Totally no communication between their own staff. They make it seem like patient and family have no other choice, and lie to both sides and nv pass the message truthfully. Say 1 thing to patient and say another thing to family member and then cause confusion to both sides. No accountability. Unprofessional. Only chasing for money very on. Ask for update from doctor take so many days. Avoid this place if u can. Zero stars.

Ventilation is REALLY POOR!!!!! My dad had to go bare chested & lift his pants up everyday. When it's time for a haircut after a mth there, they missed my dad & I had to send a mobile hairdresser up. Nurses & attendants there got not much initiative though they may appear caring. They put 8 patients to a ward - very crammed. I don't deny they have alot of attendants but mostly low-waged foreigners. They can't understand the dialect speaking patients' needs further frustrating patients in the furnace like environment. On top of that, they charge $100+ per day!!! How on earth did they got a rating of 4.3 / 5. I was told they're now undergoing an air-ventilation improvement project. Until then rethink your decision of putting your love ones there.

Extremely rude pinoy nurses! 90% were nurses from Philippines, 7% Myanmar nurses, 3% Singaporean nurses & 1 rude from India female staff nurse. Pinoys nurses are rude to cleaners, visitors, defendless patients and internship students. Pinoys knows how to bootlicks complaintive patients so that they can get compliments for themselves to get a chance of promotions or PR status. They are very jealous and arrogant creatures. You might get Xenophobia in this hospital environment! Stay away!

My mother had the misfortune of fracturing her pelvic bone, in Oct 18 she was transferred to BVH after her surgery for rehab. Initially I was concern of her welfare, however my concerns were allayed as the staff at ward Respect Station 3 were caring, patience and passionate in looking after their patients, especially the doctors, staff nurses, therapists, healthcare staff and volunteers. Your effort in helping my mother's recovery process is much appreciated.

Currently a covid hospital where our 80+ year old family member, who also suffers from dementia and pre-existing illnesses, is being warded after initial hospitalisation at SGH. Whilst we accept the nurses are busy resulting in lack of attention, getting updates from the doctor is an experience needing saintly forbearance and tolerance. The condescension ranges from “I don’t know the full medical history so I cannot tell you” to “I am not here to help you navigate the patient’s medical requirements”. One can only hope that such approach to treatment without heed to medical history and pre-existing conditions will not leave the patient worse off.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Bright Vision Hospital charge?

Bright Vision Hospital's pricing is not publicly listed, so you will need to contact the centre directly for a quote based on the number of days per week, the level of care required, and any transport or meal arrangements. As a general guide, senior daycare in Singapore typically runs from S$60 to S$150 per day before subsidies. An agency or coordination fee may apply if the arrangement involves a placement or case management element. Confirm whether the daily rate includes meals, therapy sessions, and transport, or whether these are billed separately. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →

Live-in or visit-based — which does Bright Vision Hospital offer?

Bright Vision Hospital operates as a senior daycare centre, which is a visit-based model rather than live-in care. Seniors typically attend for a set number of days per week during daytime hours, returning home in the evening. This arrangement suits families where the elder lives at home with a caregiver or family member overnight, but needs structured supervision, companionship, or therapeutic activities during the day. It can also provide respite for family caregivers. Confirm the centre's operating hours, whether transport is arranged, and what the process is if a participant's care needs escalate and the current programme level is no longer appropriate.

Is the caregiver trained and insured?

Bright Vision Hospital does not currently list regulatory licences on its KakiList profile. For a hospital-named eldercare facility, you would expect to see registration with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) or the Ministry of Health (MOH) for any clinical or nursing components. Ask the centre directly to confirm their regulatory standing, staff nursing or care certifications, and whether dementia-specific training is provided for relevant staff. Also confirm whether the facility carries professional indemnity or public liability insurance covering participants during their time at the centre, and what the protocol is if a senior is taken ill or sustains an injury on the premises.
