Mr Benny Lim was a lifesaver. I showed him the picture of the problem (pipe joint broke). He assessed it immediately and provided me a few options to see what I could do. As water is utmost importance I had to do an emergency option. He came down within the stipulated time and explained to me what happened and how to mitigate the problem. He had all the tools and spare parts to make the necessary replacements. I had to forgo style but he provided parts that were of better material. After checking through, he gave me some advice on what to look out for and how to do proper care and taught me what to do next time when such a problem occurs. He even provided a week warranty and will come and replace at no extra cost. Overall superb service and attitude. His number is saved for my future plumbing needs.

There was a clog in the kitchen drain (it was a swimming pool in the kitchen, see pict) so he helped cleaned it out. Good thing the gunk clogging the drain was able to be removed.
