Parents planning a full-month, 100-day, or baby shower typically begin by enquiring about the event date and guest count, then work through theme and styling preferences. Butter Studio's packages are the natural starting point for scoping what is included — cake design, decorative elements, and any add-ons — versus what is billed separately. Lead time for baby celebrations is generally six to twelve weeks for in-demand dates, so contacting the studio well ahead of the celebration date is advisable. Confirm the deposit amount on signing (typically 30–50% to secure the date), the balance payment schedule, and the rescheduling or cancellation terms before committing.
To get started, reach out via the enquiry form or phone to confirm date availability, discuss the full-month or 100-day package scope, and request a written quotation covering all inclusions, the balance schedule, and the rescheduling policy.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Every time i passby this shop, i was attracted. Finally got the chance to try their desserts out. I bought it after trying out the samples, tasted fluffy and delicious. Hence i bought 2 and at that time they were doing promotion (buy 2 for $14). Well, the cakes looked cute and good, but actually the taste didnt really meet my tastebud, abit disappointed. They also mentioned that the dubai chocolate cake is the best in Singapore, but i found there are alot of places selling nicer than that of. Not sure if i would revisit there again, because i can get better and more delicious cakes with the price in Singapore. And also, the staff is not friendly like i owed her few thousands.
I seldom bother to do a review but this is just something to save potential customers their money. I ordered a mermaid dreams cakelet platter (order number 055504) for my daughter’s birthday and was disappointed at the quality when it was delivered. The cupcakes frosting do not look fresh and like it was taken straight out of the freezer or perhaps the shop display. Overall, the cupcakes have a more-than-day-old look. The piping was also messy and smudges were evident. The frosting are all dried up from a case of over-freezing or kept in their fridge for too long until a sale is made. Even the cakelet frosting was poorly done - very ugly finishing and unclean lines. This is unacceptable and very embarassing for me to put to display for guests to see. It is utterly disappointing for the birthday girl who was looking forward to the cake. I have ordered a cakelet platter last month too and it too had blemishes and the caramel drizzle was already melted (see photo - this was not the case of the cake being put out too long outside till it melted coz i only just took out the cake from the box after delivery to display it) when it arrived but I did not raise the issue as I thought it was a one off incident. I gave the shop another chance but I guess this is the sub-par quality that they are proud of. It is obvious that quality control was not done and perhaps this will be the last time I will be ordering from butter studio. Guests can also see and decide for themselves if the bakes are worthy for them to patronize butter studio. Perhaps if you are still keen on patronizing Butter Studio, I would advise not to order online and delivery but opt for pick up so you can send the item back and reject on the spot if the same poor quality is presented to you. See photos taken right after delivery at 1034am 8 November and the previous cakelet platter I ordered with melted drizzle.
Newly Opened Butter Studio : Causeway Point (point of collection) Purchased the 'Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cake' & 6pc set of Red Velvet Butterscotch cupcakes for my spouse birthday gathering with love ones. Guys! The cake is SUPER LUXURIOUS haha trust me, you automatically teleported to Dubai, rich & lux in taste and design. We all LOVE IT, *droolz* *note, when cutting, do get someone with strength or a sharp knife LOL, for a better aesthetic cut! Mine crumbled midway upon cutting but the taste the same -> GREAT! The cupcake SUPER DUPER WORTHY!!! Me & spouse sweettooth ah, SO WE LOVE IT! light cheese frosting & that home cooked butterscotch filling in the cuppy, balance it all! We defo will purchase again for future events & as gifts.
Tried the sea salt Nutella tart and chocolate ganache tart from Butter Studio. Both were alright, but the texture didn’t hold up well. The tarts became slightly soft and uneven after a short while. Flavours were passable but didn’t quite stand out. I’ll probably consider other places in the future instead.
The cake construction was awesome. The cake was moist and a very good red velvet. The fondant held firm till the time we cut the cake and was very tasty as well. Will order more

Butter Studio Singapore prices its baby celebrations on a package basis at a mid-range tier. Typical Singapore market norms for baby full-month and 100-day packages run from roughly S$300 to S$2,000 depending on the scope — covering items such as a custom cake, styled decorations, and any accompanying party favours or dessert spreads. Confirm the full cost breakdown in writing: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), balance due date, delivery or setup fee if applicable, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST. Ask specifically which elements are included in the quoted package versus available as paid add-ons, so there are no surprises closer to the event date. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, six to twelve weeks lead time is a reasonable target for in-demand studios. Popular Saturdays and Sundays book out faster, particularly if your celebration date falls on an auspicious day or during a busy festive period. Once you have a confirmed birth date, work backwards to calculate the full-month (day 30) or 100-day milestone and contact Butter Studio Singapore as early as possible. The deposit on signing is what secures your date — verbal reservations are rarely held. Confirm the wet-weather or change-of-venue contingency if any portion of the celebration is held outdoors, and ask about the rescheduling policy should plans shift before the event.
Singapore industry standard for event vendors is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — design consultation hours, custom cake production, decoration sourcing, or mock-up preparation — and what portion, if any, is refundable should you need to cancel. Deposits in this industry are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date within a defined window. Clarify the rescheduling terms before paying, particularly if your celebration date is tied to a specific milestone that cannot move. Also ask about public liability insurance, especially if the celebration is held at an HDB void deck, a condo function room, or a venue that requires a copy of the vendor's insurance certificate before permitting setup.
