I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this clinic. I walked in during open hours, but the reception was unattended. After waiting for a while, a staff member with long dark red hair tied up rudely informed me that there was no doctor available, without any apology or explanation. There was no sign indicating this beforehand, which made it a waste of time for patients who are already unwell. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated like this when you're in need of care. This isn’t the first bad experience either—my father also had to wait for 30 minutes only to be told there was no doctor from the SAME STAFF. If there’s no doctor available, at least put up a sign or close the clinic for the day rather than leaving people waiting. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Please do better, and hire staff who are more empathetic and helpful.

Hi! I had two bad experiences with the staffs in late 2023 when I came to purchase medications for my mum. The staffs were Daniel and Jermaine who were standing in for Carol who was on leave. They were unfriendly and unsympathetic to my queries whereby they kept saying "not sure" without further checking the eligibilities. I am disappointed with the frontline services that they rendered, so aloof and distant. I have been with the previous Doctor Lee for a very long time so that's why I still go back there. But even with my bad encounters, I am really grateful and appreciative on the effort done by Carol who helped to sort out and settle the claims for my mum. She was very friendly, approachable and with empathy.
