Am so grateful to Dr Lim and his team for scheduling an appointment for me despite my super last-minute request, so I could get a much-needed iron boost yesterday. Dr Lim is highly professional and personable. I’m so glad to be in his care for my haematology needs. It was my first time getting an iron infusion. The IV infusion was a very smooth process that lasted 1 hour, and I didn’t experience any adverse side effects at all. The nurses provided excellent patient care with skill and cheerful service. If you have severe iron-deficiency like me due to heavy menstrual bleeding, it is good to consider the option of receiving an iron infusion, which provides a more substantial boost in iron levels as compared to the small doses of oral iron supplements. Highly recommend the Centre for Clinical Haematology!
