Enquiries typically begin with the event date, venue, and a brief on style or colour palette — bridal bouquets, ceremony arches, table centrepieces, and reception florals each involve different lead times and logistics. For weddings, six to twelve weeks is a sensible minimum lead time, though peak Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November book out considerably earlier. Baby full-month and other celebration florals generally need two to four weeks. A consultation — by WhatsApp, phone, or the studio enquiry form — is the usual first step, during which the scope, flower varieties, delivery and setup windows, and any travel charge for non-central venues are confirmed. Wet-weather contingency for outdoor placements is worth raising at this stage.
To take the next step, reach out to Charlotte Puxley Flowers via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to share your event date, venue, and floral vision, and to request a package quote and availability check.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We were delighted with the floral arrangements by Charlotte Puxley Flowers for our wedding! The beautiful arch on the stage was the highlight and it added such a magical touch to the wedding. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable with your gorgeous creations.
Second time engaging Charlotte Puxley, first for asked her to be my girlfriend and second, to be my wife. This time I’ve asked for something more personalised and Shiya is wonderful and very accommodating to my requests. It couldn’t be more perfect for this special occasion. I love their touch of english countryside with white and pink to soften the look. Thank you Shiya and Charlotte Puxley once, again ❤️

Pricing follows a package model, which is standard for bespoke floral studios. As a general Singapore market reference, bridal bouquets typically run S$150–500, ceremony arch or altar arrangements S$400–1,500, and full wedding floral packages (bouquet, boutonnière, centrepieces, ceremony arch, and reception florals combined) S$2,000–8,000+ depending on flower selection and event scale. Baby full-month and celebration florals are generally S$200–1,500. Confirm the full cost breakdown in writing before paying a deposit: this should cover the package scope, flower varieties, delivery and setup fee, travel charge for non-central venues, and the balance payment schedule. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is typical to hold the date. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding florals, six to twelve months ahead is advisable — popular floral studios fill peak Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November well in advance. If your date is within three months, it is still worth enquiring, but flexibility on style or flower variety may be required. For baby full-month celebrations, birthday parties, and other occasion florals, two to four weeks is typically sufficient for standard arrangements, though bespoke or large-scale work benefits from more lead time. Confirm at enquiry whether your date is available and what the deposit deadline is to hold it.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date hold and initial design consultation hours — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if plans change. For outdoor or partially outdoor setups, ask about the wet-weather contingency plan. Also confirm whether public liability insurance is held, particularly for installations at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues that may request a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
