Childtime Care & Development Centre is a childcare and student care provider located at Beauty World Centre on Upper Bukit Timah Road, verified by KakiList and registered with ACRA. Families interested in a place should enquire about slot availability for their intended start month, as childcare and student care vacancies — particularly at conveniently located centres — can fill well in advance. When making contact via phone or the online form, it is worth asking about the child-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine and programme structure, and the settling-in process. Parents of Singapore citizen children should also ask about ECDA subsidies, which can meaningfully reduce the monthly fee depending on household income and the mother's working status.
To take the next step, reach out to Childtime Care & Development Centre directly by phone or through the enquiry form to check current vacancy for your child's age group and preferred start month, and to arrange a centre visit before committing.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

My son has been there for almost 2 half years. Teachers there are pro-active in following up with my child's academic progress with constructive feedbacks. Their replies are prompt. My son is happy there. Will recommend KG to anyone who is looking for a student care.
My girl is a p1 student at Kinder growth. I love the programme line up of the student care which cater to them academically and learning lifeskills and training them to be creative. The teachers will update the progress of their learning via the app regularly. They are very patient and compassionate. My girl enjoy her time at the student care. I highly recommended this center as they genuinely care about the well being of their students.

Childtime Care & Development Centre prices at the mid-range ($$) on a monthly recurring basis, though exact figures should be confirmed directly with the centre as fees can vary by age group and programme type. In addition to the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-off registration fee and a deposit (typically equivalent to two months' fees) payable upon enrolment. Ancillary costs such as uniform and personal accident insurance may also apply. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no goods and services tax should be added to your monthly invoice. Singapore citizen children enrolled at a licensed childcare centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Development Co-Savings (WMS) subsidy on top of the Basic Subsidy. Families with a gross monthly household income at or below the qualifying threshold may also access the Additional Subsidy, which can bring combined support to a higher level. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so check the ECDA website directly for current figures before making financial plans. The centre can also advise on how to apply through the LifeSG portal.
Demand for childcare and student care places in convenient, transport-accessible locations such as Beauty World Centre can be high, and popular centres often fill slots months in advance. For childcare (particularly infant care), families are generally advised to enquire three to twelve months before the intended start date. January is the peak intake month, as it aligns with the start of the school year, so competition for places tends to be greatest at that time. To secure a spot, centres typically require a registration fee and a deposit. Contact Childtime Care & Development Centre directly by phone or via the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month, as waitlist positions can change quickly.
