Came here to get CNY plants for my house and they had a large and huge variety of plants available. Even though most of the staff are Myanmarnese, they are able to communicate pretty well and are very helpful! They even helped me to bring my plats to my car which was parked a distance away. Do note that you’ll have to park streets id as there isn’t any parking area too. Love my purchases!

You guys can replied to my review all you want to make yourself look good and accuse customers. But here is my side of story: We went to purchase two beautiful plants. Their prices are higher than most nurseries, but the quality is good, so we were willing to pay. We paid a premium price $1146 and we should receive exactly what we chosen at your nursery and what we paid for. After all, this is a business transaction: we exchanged money for goods, not for a damaged plant caused by your delivery team. The money we gave you wasn’t discounted, not a cent less, broken, or damaged—so why should the product be damaged? Your only offer has been to return the plants for a refund or to replace them with different ones. We do not want other plants because we spent a long time carefully selecting these two, which were the right size and fit our space perfectly. Returning them would mean that our time (2.5 to 3 hours including travel and browsing) was completely wasted. That includes a $35 return trip by Grab from the west side. We are requesting a partial refund due to your negligence. You didn’t listen. For you, it’s either your way or highway. So, we’ll also stick to our way: requesting a partial refund. Instead of addressing that, you ignored our concerns and started a chain reaction of invalid and imaginary accusations. We will never return to your store, nor do we want any further involvement with your business, such as selecting a replacement plant. After seeing how you’ve handled this situation and how you try to make yourselves look good in your Google reviews by twisting words and blaming customers, we will not be recommending your store to anyone.

DO NOT EXAGGERATE! What we chose, should be what we get, NOT damaged goods and blames. Period. John was rude and your company’s rigid. You said you read my review. I clearly stated that if you compensated me, I would remove the review. There is no repetition here once! I mentioned that my partner would leave his review as well, because we were both involved in this purchase and are both unhappy if you do not compensate for your negligence. I’m not asking for a voucher today because I do not intend to return to your store as you clearly heard. Do not put words in a customer’s mouth, and do not accuse your customers. I requested a partial refund for the damaged item you delivered. Stop trying to make yourself look good. All you need to do is admit that ur staff made a mistake and compensate me with a partial refund for the damaged goods. You did not mention this on the phone: “Our team will personally assist you in selecting a new plant and repot it onsite into our high-quality imported pots from Portugal.” Did you even ask for my measurements? All you did was mumble, blame me, and repeatedly say you wanted to take the plant back and give me a full refund—which I clearly said I didn’t want repeatedly. How are you going to compensate for my time? I am not going back to measure, browse, and select plants again—I already spent over an hour doing that. Based on how roughly your team handled the plants and how defensive you’ve been online and phone, I doubt your team would be any more careful in selecting a new one. You seem more focused on saving face than actually fixing the problem. DO NOT try to make yourself look good in your responses to my review. Read my comment again—no one criticized your prices. Customers don’t care if you’re a local business or how hard you work. We care that what we paid for was not damaged, that we are not blamed, and that you take accountability when things go wrong. If you were sincere, you wouldn’t need to keep repeating it. Even if you’re not sincere, I don’t care—just don’t damage our items. When did I ever say you misled me about the price? When did I say that you “force” me to accept random product. WHEN?? TELL ME. Don’t twist facts out of your imagination. DO NOT accuse the customer. DO NOT put words in the customer’s mouth. Start showing actual sincerity instead of blaming and justifying yourselves while trying to save face. John was unfriendly and kept repeating himself, even though I heard him clearly. His “solution” was to cut the plant—which would damage it even more. What were you thinking? He also said he couldn’t escalate the issue to his superior. Apparently, they don’t care and don’t want to get involved. There was no way to reach them because they don't own a phone. WOW! it's 2025 You can write as much as you want to make yourself look good in your response, but I know how poorly the delivery was handled. I have evidence of the damaged plant. You can try to shift blame onto the customer, If your delivery team wasn’t able to bring the plant inside the house, they or you should have made that clear beforehand. Why did they ask me where to place the plants then? It's customer's fault again? My door frame, ceiling beam, and HDB lift door are all standard height. Your team could have gently bent the top branches, just like I did on 2nd plant, instead of forcing them through and causing damage. I did not say your staffs were rude, I even tipped them. Your 10% discount is a standard membership benefit, it has nothing to do with the damage you caused. Do not link the two. But you damaged the product at my door, so you should provide a partial refund. Your delivery staff did not ensure my surroundings were safe. They dragged the plants across my ceiling—is that what you call professional? We had to be the ones making sure they didn’t damage our property, which they did over our beams. As in photo. Repotting was offered by your team, we did not ask for it. We paid for the soil and the expensive pot ($117). If this was such a massive favor, why didn’t you inform us prior?

Wow! Upon entering this nursery, we were greeted with a fantastic array of colorful flowers. When we needed assistance, the garden staff, especially Zhang Pan, were incredibly helpful and approachable. Zhang Pan didn't hesitate to answer our questions and took the initiative to teach us how to care for the plants. We also appreciated the convenience of their delivery service, which was incredibly fast - our plants arrived the next day since we live nearby. The delivery personnel even accommodated our request to change the delivery time to the morning. The lively music playing in the background added to the festive atmosphere during the Chinese New Year season. We returned just a few days later for more plant shopping and will definitely come back again. I would rate their excellent and prompt service 5/5 stars and highly recommend them!!
