New patients typically begin with a first consultation covering their presenting complaint, posture assessment, and relevant health history. The practitioner will discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate for the condition or goal, identify any contraindications, and outline a proposed care plan before any hands-on treatment begins. Patients can choose to continue on a session-by-session basis or discuss a package arrangement depending on the nature and duration of their concern. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are worth confirming at the time of booking.
To take the next step, contact Chiropractic Association of Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to book an initial consultation and confirm current session availability at the Orchard Road centre.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
The Orchard Branch has a very warm and cozy feeling. It has just been renovated and therefore very clean as well. The staff here are very friendly and very welcoming. Can see that they treat those that come as their friends and can 闲聊 as you are waiting. Dr Bruce, who does the adjustments, is very experienced as well. He does the adjustments with ease and even when you have other concerns on other areas during your adjustments, you can tell him and he will help to check. Dr Bruce also have initial consultations where he will tell you about chiropractic services and does not force you to buy his treatment plan. It is entirely up to you. There is a great deal of information that Dr Bruce can provide to you during your initial consultation. Subsequently as you go on further, he will evaluate your xray and tell you best ways you can correct your back in your daily lives. Overall, I can speak and vouch for the Orchard Branch that this place is overall one of the better places to get your adjustments. Highly recommend!
I first heard about Chiropractic Singapore through an influencer’s IG story sharing her journey here, and I decided to give the trial a go. I’ve never regretted that decision. Dr Bruce is incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and professional. He explains my condition and treatment plan in clear, simple terms that are easy to understand. Every staff member here is warm, joyful, and genuinely caring. I always leave the clinic feeling more energised and happier. I’m now three months into my treatment and truly excited to complete the full programme to restore my spinal health!
I’ve been seeing Dr Bruce at Chiropractic Singapore (Orchard) as part of an overall plan for ongoing lower back pain, posture issues, poor glute engagement, and occasional foot/ankle pain (including a heel spur related flare up). What I appreciate most is how practical and upfront he is. He doesn’t pretend chiropractic is a magic wand (and he was clear it won’t “fix” a heel spur), but when my ankles/feet or lower back flare up, an adjustment often gives me immediate relief and helps me move more comfortably again. Over time, it’s also supported my posture and alignment - not in an instant “before/after photo” way, but in a steady, noticeable way when I stay consistent. For me, the biggest value is how chiropractic rounds out a holistic approach: I’ve also done podiatrist prescribed exercises and insoles, plus massage, and strengthening. Each piece helps differently, and Bruce’s work ties it together so I can keep progressing instead of just managing symptoms. Worth saying for anyone new to chiro: you still need to do the work. Some people show up once or twice and expect a life-changing result without changing anything else. It’s like going to the gym one time and expecting a six-pack.. posture, pain, and movement patterns improve with consistency, plus exercise and lifestyle changes over time. Bruce is great at guiding that reality, and his approach feels controlled and safe.. not the aggressive, over the top cracking that can feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend if you want someone professional, realistic, and focused on long-term improvement and not hype.
Bruce is incredibly observant and attentive. He doesn’t just follow the same routine each session, he really pays attention to what’s going on with my body. For example, if I’ve tripped or strained something, he’ll notice that my ankle is off and address it without me even having to mention it. Since starting treatment with him, my migraines have also significantly reduced. I really appreciate how personalised and thoughtful his approach is.
Bruce and the staff here are extremely welcoming and helpful. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Through Bruce's treatment, I feel much better and I'm able to perform more tasks without back pain and pains anywhere in my body. Would really recommend.

A specific per-session rate was not published at the time of this listing. In the Singapore market, chiropractic consultations typically run S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$60–120 for follow-up adjustments. Package pricing is common and generally offers a lower per-session cost than paying individually. Confirm the first-visit fee, what it includes (history-taking, postural analysis, and any treatment on the same day), and the no-show or cancellation policy before booking. Ask whether GST is included in the quoted rate. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
No GP referral is required to book a chiropractic consultation in Singapore, though having one can assist with insurance reimbursement claims under certain integrated shield or employer health plans — check your policy terms before the visit. At the first appointment, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and presenting symptoms. The chiropractor will conduct a physical and postural assessment to confirm whether chiropractic care is suitable. Certain conditions — recent fractures, osteoporosis, blood-clotting disorders, or spinal cord compression — may require clearance from a medical doctor first. Raise any existing diagnoses at the time of booking so the clinic can advise in advance.
Chiropractic is not currently regulated under a statutory licensing framework in Singapore in the same way that physiotherapy or TCM is — there is no mandatory government register for chiropractors equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) or the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB). The Chiropractic Association of Singapore is the main professional body, and membership signals adherence to its code of ethics and continuing education requirements. When booking, ask the consulting chiropractor for their qualifying institution and degree (Doctor of Chiropractic, or DC, from an accredited programme), their years of practice, and any specialist training. Confirm the practitioner's professional indemnity insurance. Where no statutory register exists, professional body membership and verifiable academic credentials are the primary trust signals available to patients.
