About Chiropractic First (Forum Orchard)
Chiropractic First (Forum Orchard) is a chiropractic clinic located at One Raffles Place Tower 1 in the heart of Singapore's central business district. It is verified by KakiList and holds a 4.8-star rating across 153 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a meaningful indication of patient experience. No pricing information is publicly listed, so fees should be confirmed directly with the clinic.
New patients typically begin with an initial consultation and case history review, during which the chiropractor assesses posture, range of motion, and presenting complaint — whether that is back or neck pain, headaches, sports injury, or general musculoskeletal discomfort. From that assessment, a recommended care plan is discussed, which may involve a course of adjustments rather than a single session. Patients should ask about session frequency, estimated duration of care, and the clinic's cancellation policy before committing to a package.
To book, contact Chiropractic First (Forum Orchard) by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing. Ask about first-visit fees, what the initial assessment covers, and whether follow-up sessions are priced individually or as part of a structured programme.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Have been visiting Chiropractor First for some time. Improvement to my previous issue of numbness in my left hand. TCM Tuina can only relieve the pain at that point but the pain comes back again too soon. Tried Chiro and it was life changing. Service staff here are very nice and welcoming.
Perfect place for chiropractic care. Dr Syed was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, really great experience when coming for adjustments, never an awkward time at this place with all the friendly staff members around!
I always go to Dr. Inge for any kind of chiropractic needs. For almost more than a year and I must say she is the best I know of.. she investigates the cause thoroughly before giving any adjustments and she is super adept at it. Additionally, the clinic chain is also very good with experienced and empathetic staff who would help you endlessly to get a schedule of your choice, remind you and helps you monitor your progress. Highly recommended!!
I have been adjusting at Chiropractic First for almost 10 years. Dr. Inge has been adjusting me for several months. She is very professional and always advise me to keep my appointments and do my daily stretches. The clinic staffs are also very friendly and obliging.
Truly thankful for Dr Inge, she managed to sort out what seems to be a long term lower lumbar issue that has been troubling me for years. Sincere, dedicated to what overall wellness should be, she isn’t pushy about treatments needed, but focused on long term effects of maintaining overall health. She is highly experienced and skilled in technique, able to resolve aches, pain, discomfort in my neck, shoulders (all gone), and now in progress, the lower back. I highly recommend her to anyone looking at detailed analysis of your spine, posture, and correcting your form.

Chiropractic First (Forum Orchard) does not publicly list its fees, so pricing should be confirmed directly by phone or enquiry form before attending. As a general reference, chiropractic consultations in Singapore typically run S$80–180 for an initial session (which includes assessment) and S$60–130 for follow-up adjustments. Many clinics offer package rates for a course of sessions, which can reduce the per-visit cost. Ask whether the first-visit assessment fee is separate from the adjustment fee, and confirm the clinic's cancellation and no-show policy before booking. No GP referral is required to see a chiropractor in Singapore — you can book directly. However, Chiropractic First (Forum Orchard) will conduct an intake assessment at your first visit, which typically includes a case history, postural analysis, and orthopaedic or neurological screening to identify the nature of your complaint and any contraindications to spinal manipulation. If you have a pre-existing condition such as osteoporosis, recent fracture, disc herniation with neurological signs, or are pregnant, it is worth disclosing this when you book so the chiropractor can advise whether chiropractic care is appropriate or whether a GP referral for imaging would be useful first. A referral letter can also assist with insurance reimbursement claims under some Integrated Shield Plan riders.
Chiropractic is not a statutorily regulated profession in Singapore in the same way as physiotherapy or TCM — there is no government licensing board for chiropractors. The main voluntary credentialling body is the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS), and internationally trained practitioners typically hold a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution recognised by the World Federation of Chiropractic. No regulatory licences are listed on Chiropractic First (Forum Orchard)'s KakiList profile. Before your first appointment, ask for the consulting chiropractor's name, DC qualification, awarding institution, and any CAS membership — this is the primary way to assess practitioner credentials in the absence of a statutory register. ACRA registration is not confirmed for this provider, so verify business legitimacy through other channels before payment.
