About Chiropractic First (Plaza Singapura)
Chiropractic First (Plaza Singapura) is a chiropractic clinic located at One Raffles Place Tower 1 in the heart of Singapore's CBD. It holds KakiList verified status and carries a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 153 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample and is a meaningful signal of consistent patient experience. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier ($$); specific per-session fees were not available at time of listing and should be confirmed directly with the clinic.
A first visit typically begins with an initial consultation and postural or spinal assessment, during which the chiropractor will review your presenting complaint — whether that is lower back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, or a posture-related concern — and take a relevant health history. From there, a care plan is proposed, which may involve a course of adjustments over several weeks, and patients are usually advised on the number of sessions recommended before reviewing progress. Single-session walk-ins may be accommodated subject to availability, but most practitioners encourage at least a short initial commitment to allow for meaningful improvement. It is worth confirming whether the clinic accepts corporate insurance or cashless medisave claims, as chiropractic is not currently claimable under MediSave for most conditions.

Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Have been visiting Chiropractor First for some time. Improvement to my previous issue of numbness in my left hand. TCM Tuina can only relieve the pain at that point but the pain comes back again too soon. Tried Chiro and it was life changing. Service staff here are very nice and welcoming.
Perfect place for chiropractic care. Dr Syed was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, really great experience when coming for adjustments, never an awkward time at this place with all the friendly staff members around!
I always go to Dr. Inge for any kind of chiropractic needs. For almost more than a year and I must say she is the best I know of.. she investigates the cause thoroughly before giving any adjustments and she is super adept at it. Additionally, the clinic chain is also very good with experienced and empathetic staff who would help you endlessly to get a schedule of your choice, remind you and helps you monitor your progress. Highly recommended!!
I have been adjusting at Chiropractic First for almost 10 years. Dr. Inge has been adjusting me for several months. She is very professional and always advise me to keep my appointments and do my daily stretches. The clinic staffs are also very friendly and obliging.
Truly thankful for Dr Inge, she managed to sort out what seems to be a long term lower lumbar issue that has been troubling me for years. Sincere, dedicated to what overall wellness should be, she isn’t pushy about treatments needed, but focused on long term effects of maintaining overall health. She is highly experienced and skilled in technique, able to resolve aches, pain, discomfort in my neck, shoulders (all gone), and now in progress, the lower back. I highly recommend her to anyone looking at detailed analysis of your spine, posture, and correcting your form.

Specific session fees were not published at the time of this listing. As a general reference, chiropractic consultations in Singapore typically run S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$60–120 for follow-up adjustments, though rates vary by clinic and practitioner seniority. Package pricing — for example, a block of six or ten sessions — often brings the per-session cost down meaningfully compared with pay-as-you-go. Confirm the first-visit consultation fee, any assessment or X-ray charges billed separately, the no-show and cancellation policy, and whether corporate insurance or any health benefit claims are accepted before booking. Chiropractic clinics in Singapore generally do not require a GP referral to book a first appointment, though having one can be useful if you intend to claim under an employer's health insurance plan, as some insurers require a referral letter for specialist allied-health services. The first visit at most chiropractic clinics involves a clinical intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature of your complaint, followed by a physical and postural assessment. Certain conditions — including recent fractures, osteoporosis, inflammatory arthritis, or blood-thinning medication — may be contraindications or require clearance from a doctor before manipulation. Disclose these in full at the first appointment so the chiropractor can adjust the treatment approach accordingly.
Chiropractic is not currently regulated by a statutory board in Singapore in the same way physiotherapy (AHPC) or TCM (TCMPB) are, which means there is no government-maintained public register to cross-check against. However, reputable chiropractors in Singapore typically hold a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution — such as those accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) or equivalent overseas bodies — and may hold membership in the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS). Before your first session, ask the practitioner to confirm their degree institution, whether it is CCE-accredited, and how many years of clinical practice they have. No regulatory licences were listed for this provider at the time of publication; verify credentials directly with the clinic.
