It was in back in March 2019 when I chanced upon this outlet in Hougang Mall. I was already experiencing cervicogenic headaches almost daily for close to 9 years. I did go for some physiotherapy sessions before but it did not reduce the frequency of the headaches. It caused periods of insomnias too. I also had episodes of backache due to mild scoliosis & poor posture. Lately, it became more painful every morning when I tried to get up frm bed. My right sciatic nerve was also affecting my right leg ever since my previous pregnancy. I was introduced to Dr Bill Lust by the kind, polite staffs at this particular clinic. He was very helpful & clear on explaining how chiropractic was able to treat my spinal issues. After my 1st review & x-ray results were out, I had my 1st adjustment in the last week of March. To my surprise, I slept well that night after such a long time. Dr Bill had also freed up some nerves ard my neck after a few adjustments. I noticed I began to get less headaches in a week & eventually its been almost 2 months now since I last had one. My mornings gradually became better & easier especially when I have to get off frm the bed. Its been a pleasure being under Dr Bill’s care. He will always ask about my well-being during each session & I do feel he is honestly helping me to find ways to a better spinal care. I would like to say thanks too to Dr Evan Crowley for my adjustments while Dr Bill was away. His techniques did assist me in feeling better too. To the frontdesk staffs, thank you for accomodating to my requests for changes in schedules. They are always warm & friendly when I meet them for my appointments. My experience was highly disappointing due to a severe lack of transparency. I initially booked an appointment and paid under their "World Spine Day Promotion" (2 pax for $75), but was only later informed that a mandatory X-ray is required before any adjustment, at a staggering cost of $314.30 per person at an external location. This was a complete dealbreaker, especially since I had no medical claim coverage as a food delivery rider. When I requested a cancellation and refund, the clinic sent me a "refund form," only to later state that the promotional payment was strictly non-refundable. Sending a refund form for a non-refundable service is misleading and poor practice in my own POV.
