Patients typically begin with an initial consultation where the chiropractor takes a case history, discusses presenting complaints — such as back pain, neck pain, postural issues, or headaches — and conducts a physical assessment before outlining a care plan. Sessions may be offered on a single-visit basis or as a recurring package depending on the condition and recommended frequency. It is worth clarifying the cancellation and rescheduling policy ahead of your first appointment, particularly if you are considering a prepaid block of sessions.
To take the next step, contact Chiropractic Focus Group by phone or through their enquiry form to describe your condition and request an initial consultation at their Eu Tong Sen Street clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's qualification and membership with the Chiropractic Association of Singapore before treatment.
Thank you, Dr. Liew, for consistently providing relief from my migraine and lower back pain. Your expertise goes beyond chiropractic adjustments and you skillfully release muscle tension and always pinpoint the exact areas that need attention. I appreciate how easy it is to communicate my pain points, allowing you to focus treatment effectively. Depending on the condition, multiple sessions may be needed for full recovery, but the care is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and experienced chiropractor. Receptionist are also warm and welcoming too.
I rarely write reviews, but my shoulder / neck tension significantly improved after just one session. At my second visit, Dr Liew told me that I didn’t need any more treatment. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism, with no pressure to buy packages.
So much relieve for my neck discomfort after 1 treatment with Dr liew. No introduce any unnecessary package or hard selling make the whole experience even more relax and enjoyable. Not my first visit with Dr liew and would come back anytime for treatment.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Here is a summary of the horrible experience. Paid $220 for a 20-minute session and 1 bottle of lotion. No explanations or guidance given, not even a word of advice. They totally give the impression that they're simply there to crack some bones and get paid, nothing more nothing less. And right now, I can double-confirm on that attitude, because I've emailed them and dropped them a message via their website, but they are not responding to my request for a soft copy of the invoice. One of the worse experiences ever, zero effort towards customers.
I had been suffering from persistent neck and upper back pain for quite sometimes, making it difficult to even sit comfortably. After seeing Dr. David, I was amazed at how quickly my pain started to subside. He took the time to explain the underlying issues, educating me on posture and exercise to promote overall health. I’m thankful for his patience and willingness to go the extra mile :)

Chiropractic Focus Group lists pricing at a mid-range level, but specific per-session fees were not publicly available at the time of this listing. In Singapore, chiropractic consultations typically range from S$80–150 for an initial assessment and S$60–120 for follow-up adjustments. Many practices offer package rates for ongoing care, which can reduce the per-session cost. Before booking, confirm whether there is a separate initial consultation fee, whether diagnostic imaging (if referred out) is billed on top, and whether any prepaid package is refundable if your condition resolves early. No GP referral is required to see a chiropractor in Singapore — you may book a first appointment directly. At the initial visit, the chiropractor will typically conduct a case history, postural and range-of-motion assessment, and orthopaedic or neurological screening tests relevant to your presenting complaint before beginning any adjustment. If you have a complex medical history — such as osteoporosis, recent fracture, inflammatory arthritis, or prior spinal surgery — it is worth disclosing this at the time of booking so the team can confirm whether chiropractic care is appropriate. A GP referral letter may help with insurance reimbursement claims under certain integrated shield or corporate health plans, so check your policy before your appointment.
Chiropractic is not currently regulated by a statutory board in Singapore in the same way as physiotherapy (AHPC) or TCM (TCMPB), which means there is no publicly searchable government register of chiropractors. However, reputable practitioners typically hold a recognised chiropractic degree (Doctor of Chiropractic, D.C.) from an accredited institution such as RMIT, Palmer College, or equivalent, and may hold membership with the Chiropractic Association of Singapore. Before booking, ask the clinic to confirm the consulting chiropractor's qualification, the institution it was obtained from, and the number of years of practice. Professional indemnity insurance is another reasonable question to raise, particularly if you are undergoing spinal manipulation for a pre-existing condition.
