New clients typically begin with a first consultation in which the chiropractor takes a full case history, discusses presenting symptoms (back pain, neck pain, postural issues, headaches, sports injuries), and conducts an initial physical assessment. From there, a treatment plan is proposed — this may be a single session or a structured course, either individual or packaged. It is worth asking about session frequency, expected duration of care, and the cancellation policy before committing to a package. Clients with complex conditions or those intending to claim through insurance should enquire whether a GP referral or specialist letter is needed.
To take the next step, reach out to Chiropractic Singapore (Tampines Hub) via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about first-consultation availability, current fees, and whether your specific condition falls within the scope of care offered at this location.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Was initially skeptical because I have always went for per session with different chiropractors for quick relief. This time I took up the recommended treatment by Ryan. I came in with significant head tilt/ elevation upwards concern that puts me in regular pain and tightness at my neck and upper back as well as my left shoulder when doing certain motion or exercise. Measurements were taken and carefully reviewed before treatment was recommended. I didn't even know my shoulders were slanted prior to this. Price of the treatment is reasonable, chiropractors are specialist don't expect GP prices. There are cheaper ones, but no measurements taken to actually visualize what is happening on the inside and the posture. Adjustments are fantastic, I am mostly adjusted by Ryan. He always hit the spot where most other chiros else where couldn't. Depending on timing, sometimes I'm adjusted by Zoanne she is also really good and on point. The Staffs are really welcoming, without fail they will warmly greet you when you enter and farewell when you leave. On top of that, the Staffs are friendly and helpful if you need them. In all its a good experience, the adjustments are benefiting as my posture improved based on the subsequent measurements taken. Most importantly I don't feel the ache and tightness as compared when I first came in. Thank you Ryan, Zoanne and Staffs (Sorry I didn't get your names).
The chiropractors and staff here are super friendly and accommodating, which makes every visit feel very welcoming and reassuring. They are always helpful, take the time to explain things clearly, and I’ve confidently recommended this place to my friends and family.
Zoanne is an exceptionally skilled and caring chiropractor. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and well-taken care of. She listens attentively, explains every step clearly, and tailors the treatment to exactly what my body needs. Her techniques are gentle yet effective, and I could feel a noticeable improvement right after the session. What really stands out is her professionalism, patience, and genuine dedication to her patients’ well-being. She never rushes and always takes the time to ensure I understand how to maintain my posture and prevent future issues. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and attentive, I highly recommend Zoanne. Truly one of the best chiropractic practitioners I’ve met.
I have been suffering from chronic body pain and dizziness for some time. Searched through the internet and found Chiropractic Singapore@Woodleigh through good reviews. Dr Zoanne displayed professionalism, patience and empathy as she went through my spinal examination, pain history and X-ray report. She was clear and detailed when drawing up a treatment plan for my recovery process. She was careful not to over promise to manage my anxiety n expectation. Since the start of my chiropractic treatment in October, the pain I was experiencing began to subside slowly. Under Dr Zoanne’s care, I am now living with less pain and better mobility. Her gentle and precise adjustment combined with her positive attitude has been given me new hope towards my recovery. The anxiety n fear about chiropractic adjustment had left me since. Not only was I greeted by my always cheerful chiropractor, the frontline reception staff made each of my visit welcoming and warm with friendly smiles n greetings. They are efficient, attentive and patient in all my enquiries making the whole administrative process pleasant and hassle free. And special thanks to Dr Ryan who had been so gentle n kind to take care of me during Dr Zoanne’s absence. The constant care truly added to my healing. Now I am always looking forward to my twice weekly chiropractic visits at Woodleigh mall. Really grateful to meet this excellent team on my health recovery journey. Kudos to all of you. Patricia Tan
Been going to this woodleigh outlet since July and the service provided by Dr Ryan, Emily and the front desk team has been excellent. They did quite a detailed posture / spine analysis that was very reasonable. After 3 mths I do feel that my headaches are not as frequent and bad as before. The ringing in my ear has also stopped. Both Ryan and Emily are very experienced and caring. There is even a waiting area for my children to do some colouring while they wait for me. The front desk team has great customer service too. Highly recommend!

Chiropractic Singapore (Tampines Hub) is positioned in the mid-range price tier, though specific per-session fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly before booking. In Singapore, chiropractic consultations typically start at S$80–120 for an initial assessment and S$60–100 for follow-up sessions, with some practices offering packaged courses at a reduced per-session rate. Confirm whether the first-consultation fee includes the physical assessment and the initial adjustment, or whether these are billed separately. Also ask about the no-show and late-cancellation policy, and whether package fees are refundable if your course of treatment ends early. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
No GP referral is required to see a chiropractor in Singapore — you can book directly. At a first visit, you will typically complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, previous injuries, and presenting symptoms. The chiropractor will conduct a physical and postural assessment before proceeding with any treatment. If you have a complex spinal condition, recent surgery, osteoporosis, or are pregnant, inform the practice when booking so they can confirm whether the service is appropriate and adjust the assessment accordingly. Clients planning to claim through Medisave, an integrated shield plan, or an employer health benefit should check with their insurer first, as chiropractic is not universally covered and a GP referral letter can strengthen some claims.
Chiropractic is not currently regulated by a statutory professional board in Singapore — there is no equivalent of the AHPC (which covers physiotherapists and occupational therapists) or TCMPB (which covers TCM practitioners) for chiropractors. This means there is no public government register on which to verify an individual chiropractor's credentials. The most important checks are therefore voluntary ones: ask the practitioner for their degree institution and country (recognised programmes include those accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education Australasia or its equivalents), their years of clinical experience, and whether they hold membership with the Chiropractic Association of Singapore. Chiropractic Singapore (Tampines Hub) holds a 4.9/5 rating across 478 Google reviews, which provides a meaningful signal of patient experience. Confirm the practitioner's qualifications directly before committing to a course of treatment.
