Was looking for a mover and found them. See lots positive comments so decided to take. Their charges is goes by trucks, and additional charges for stairs. If you have a king size mattress, $50 per floor. Their service that I paid could say acceptable, as they do a good job in protecting my furniture. In their trucks is not completely empty, there are some barang of cardboard boxes etc stored inside the truck to be utilised. Also the deposit of $100 is use to hold your payment to collect back their cardboard boxes. Used up 3.5 trucks and spend tot $1,000++

Great experience. Engage them thru word of mouth from my friend. Kev drop our place to assess and est. amount of truck needed for our move. Explained the price upfront. We decided to engage them after meeting with Kev. After paying deposit, they sent the boxes to my house on the same day. Super swift speed. During moving day, the staff all came on the dot!! Very punctual and Jeremy team is nice and friendly. They are swift and despite swift, when they work, they are happy which makes stressful shifting day not so stress anymore. They clear up and even dismantle my bed and shift everything out in less than an hour. Reach our destination and help to shift the boxes to my assigned area, assemble the bed etc and all within an hour. Super fast, friendly, nice group of mover. Would I recommend them? No doubt, 100% yes! Thank you for much to Kev and Jeremy team!

We did our move a month ago & we finally settled in to write this review. Though we are tired from the move (packing & unpacking), we really wanted everyone to know how absolutely wonderful Citistars is! Our friend recommended Citistars to us & right from the start, we knew we made the right choice! The survey was done the day after we gave them a call & boxes were sent to us in the next couple of days such that we could start packing. On the actual day of the move, Rayson & his team were simply fabulous! They were fast & efficient, knowing exactly what was needed to be done. They packed, dismantled, loaded up the boxes in the truck, unloaded everything at our new house & assembled the bed frames. Everything was completed in 2 hours 45 minutes. Amazing! The team made our stressful move a very seamless one & we really appreciated them. Will definitely engage them again next year when we have to move another round. No regrets! Before the move, the surveyor, Kev, conducted a site visit, provided his assessment, and clearly explained all costs and add-on charges upfront. I truly appreciate their transparent and honest pricing, which gave us full confidence and peace of mind going into the move. On the actual moving day, Rayson and his team arrived punctually and handled every part of the move with outstanding professionalism and efficiency.
