Their workers are hardworking and humble, but the management is rude and arrogant. My friend's pool tiles were chipped during cleaning and when they reported this in a very polite email, the company responded to say they weren't to blame and said "If you're not happy with our service then don't use us." What kind of response is that for a company?! My friend's been so polite and nice to the workers, always giving them drinks and food whenever they cleaned, and even giving them hong baos at CNY. But because of the management, they've stopped using them.
