Had a fantastic experience with CM Relocation from start to finish - special shout out to Arvin. Their quote was competitive and their service was flawless. Communication was frequent throughout the shipping process. I was provided with accurate timelines for shipping departure, arrival and delivery to my door. I was put in touch with CM Relocation's partner company in Europe from the very beginning and was made to feel fully comfortable and confident that my belongings would arrive safely from Singapore to London. Any questions I had were answered same day by email by Mia and flexibility was shown when I needed to change the delivery date last minute. Also appreciated the follow up messages from both Arvin and Mia to check everything had arrived as expected and all had gone smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to use CM Relocation again or recommend them. For context this is not our first internstional move and we used CM for our move to the UK from Singapore. Communication from the start could have beeen better (my case was passed to a different agent halfway through correspondence and follow up was not done), which led to me having to pay additional fees. They also do not send reminders and updates. On top of that, it took ages for our items to arrive. Cheaper? Yes . Worth it? No. Only reason why i am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is coz the guys doing the actual moving are quick and efficient and deserve a star for their services. All in all, would not recommend

I had done about a dozen moves, including multiple international moves. Most of them were company moves so I did not get to choose the moving company. I had to move myself this time from Singapore to the New York area and I was lucky to have chosen CM Relocation. They exceeded my expectation in every aspect of the move. The price was substantially lower than that quoted by the companies used by corporates. The quoting process was simple and they were very responsive to questions. We were assigned a dedicated relocation coordinator who facilitated and checked in frequently with us. The packing was done better than any other move we had - even the folks doing the unpacking for us in the US complimented the packing that was done. Nothing was broken. The delivery company was also most careful with every one of our 148 boxes and contents, placing everything exactly where we wanted it even when we changed our minds a few times. I thought at first that cheaper will mean less quality but in this case, the quality was better than the more expensive companies we had experienced.
