The firm’s real estate practice group was professional and prompt in handling the purchase and financing of my sub-sale property. Special thanks to Mr Chan, Michael, Helen and Dea for ensuring the transaction was smooth and seamless. Particularly, the explanation of the legal agreements and mortgage documents at my meetings were clear and comprehensive. Request NRIC for photocopy Served by the staff at 6.55pm Comment: they will explain to you what you signed, ask you to check your name and NRIC number are correct before sign. Signed completed at around 7.10pm Overall are quite smooth and fast. Hope they can serve according to the appointment time, instead of let us wait for 10-15 min. Because we already co-operate with you and provided whatever docs required in advance. We would not expect any delay when we meet you in your office.
