When I first met Edmond in his ofc, he was friendly and professional in sharing his knowledge on curtains with me, which is not what I have received in other curtain shops that visited. The sincerity I felt from him made me decided to engage him for the job on the same day we met! After knowing my home is a west facing unit, Edmond was very accommodating and resourceful in getting two sets of temp curtains for the production period at no extra cost.
