This company, operating under the same number as Crystalene Products Pte Ltd, seems to be an affiliate to Crystalene Products which customer service is really unacceptable. I had to proof that I have been a previous client before they even considered to fix a pool pump and still today, 2 days later, I haven't heard anything from them - despite multiple commitments to call back and confirm an appointment. There history of treating clients badly (rigging in the past....) seems to continue.
