I recently had my curtains installed and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. If you are looking for a company that prioritises quality and efficiency, this is it. The Consultation: It started with a WhatsApp inquiry, their reply was fast, friendly and very reassuring, a non obligatory quotation was also given without any hesitation, so i decided to follow up with a showroom visit (appointment based), the viewing went smoothly, fabric selection process was great and the various product was explained clearly by Glynis, there was zero hard selling / upselling and no pushy tactics, she gave very good advices and was also very patient & respectful of my wish to change from a venetian blind (higher cost item) to a roller blind (lower cost item) for my kitchen, which made the experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. Site Measurement: Andrew handled the measurements and was fantastic. He was fast, well-informed, and very honest about the site limitations. I especially appreciated his advice on matching the fabric textures with my wall paint—his eye for detail is excellent. Even followed up afterwards to let me know that due to the clothing rack in my kitchen, i would have to forgo the pelmet for my roller blind , saving me from spending needless $. Installation: Mr. Poh and Derek came on time and were very efficient and "no-frills" in the best way, they even took the initiative to made minor on-site adjustments to the installation points to ensure the best visual result. When a small, inevitable paint crack occurred during drilling, they were kind enough to patch it up immediately with a matching colour putty. After the living room curtains were up, i made an enquiry about the top part of sliding track showing when view from a further distance, Mr Poh without any further hesitation or question, immediately suggested and went about adjusting (rehooking) the whole row of curtains again. Excellent service! The Finishing Touches: A vacuum attachment was attached to the drill, while drilling, so there was practically zero dust or major cleanup needed afterward. To top it off, they even steam-ironed the creases on the curtains one last time before handover. While the cost might not be the cheapest in the market, it is definitely worth the price - what you are paying for, is not only the premium fabric and expert advice but also a reliable efficient trustworthy service that will gives you total peace of mind. Every step of the way, from consultation, to showroom, to on site measurement, to installation went so smoothly, that i find this quite incredible. Highly satisfied, will definitely recommend my family and friends for their future curtain installation.

An incredibly pleasant experience with Curtain Galleria. From the moment I reached out to them, through site measurement and installation, Gladys and her team were professional, responsive and transparent. I was working with a fairly tight timeline (due to misjudgment on my part), and while I had not requested an expedited installation, I truly appreciated that my curtains were installed within three weeks of my visit to the showroom. Andrew also steam-ironed the curtains after installation—a valuable service that shows they take customer feedback seriously, especially since previous customers had made this suggestion. Curtain Galleria did such a great job with our new curtain! I stumbled upon them online but it turned out to be one of my best finds :) Gladys was incredibly helpful when I dropped by the showroom, walking me through the different designs and swatches they have, as well as making suggestions on what would suit our needs best. About a week later, we arranged for her team member to drop by our place to do a site measurement/visit and he was very helpful in making further suggestions. More importantly, the total cost came up to a very comfortable amount, much less than what I'd initially expected! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience working with Curtain Galleria, as the service rendered is always prompt and friendly. Looking forward to working with you guys again in future ♡
