I have a problem just 2 days back. My installed blind collapsed. It hurts my arm. Bruise and swollen. It was a Sunday. I texted Curtain K Mr Ng, sent him the photos on the collapsed blind and bruised of my arm. He got back to me on Monday that he will schedule on Tuesday. But needs to charge me for $100 transport cost. I was furious. I was thinking that I don’t cause the problem. On Sunday, I texted him with a very polite tone. I didn’t asked for compensation for being hurt. I have to arrange and take leave to attend to the rectification. I have to suffer for few days without blind. Please comment is this right to do it to a nice customer like me. Let me know if the customer was at fault? The company didn’t call me back after that for a resolution. Before sales service was excellent because they want business. Look at the quality and after sales service is another aspect. Let me know from their competitors is that a customer problem? The insert used is wood. Is the quality better than plastics? Need the subject matter expert to give comment so that consumer like us is aware of the best practices and quality.
