I had a great buying experience with Curtainmise Co. From the start, I was very impressed by the professionalism of how the company runs its business, and the excellent customer service and support. I interacted with two sales staff; Ben who was quick to respond and followed through with my specific request. At the showroom, Shirleen provided more fabric choices and was extremely helpful with her recommendations. I went down to the showroom with my partner and met Ben, who gave a very detailed tour and explanation of all the different materials and textures. Ben was very straightforward and honest up front, sharing with us his knowledge from his experiences. We were given different choices to choose the colours, textures, and given a quotation on the spot. There was no hard selling from Ben, and we were even advised to go back and think about it. Then when we confirmed to go with them, Ben and Vernice came down to measure and we reviewed the textures and colours again based on the lighting in my house and the colours of my walls and carpentry. They were so patient and professional with their service and recommendations. Upon installation of the blinds, the team notified us that the paint on one of the small bracket came off, and initiated to come by again to replace it. If they did not notify us, we would not even notice it. Now that I moved in, we are very pleased with the curtains and blinds, the colours go very well with our house. The ripple folds on the living room curtains is perfect. Even the pleat folds in the curtains on my bedroom is holding up well. Vernice and team were extremely attentive throughout the whole process. For instance, even in the initial enquiry over text, she provided detailed suggestions on the suitable curtains for each setting. She also made sure that we didn’t “over spec” what is required and advised for the right materials, fold types, and space allowance required for curtain installation. When it came to in person meetings, Vernice and her team were also very dedicated and committed to help us arrive at our selections. They were patient and very understanding when it came to helping us land on something that we really liked. For example, when we weren’t able to pick from the existing samples, they went the extra mile to suggest and recommend suitable ones, and kindly made it convenient for us in the followup meeting. Follow-ups from admin were also expedient and they gave great advice in ways to upkeep and handle the curtains. They did their best to provide an efficient timeline as well. Post delivering of the service, they also made sure to ensure we are satisfied with the product. If you want a fuss free process that makes you confident with the end product, curtainmise is a good choice!
