Having worked with them across multiple moves, we can confidently say their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction remain consistently top-notch. Jessica – Fast, Proactive, and Incredibly Reliable Jessica Chua, Customer Service Administrator, continues to impress. She was exceptionally responsive in preparing quotations, answering queries, and accommodating changes with remarkable speed and accuracy. What truly stood out was her dedication even during the holiday period—she proactively sent reminders a week before the move and patiently reworked quotations when we added or changed items at the last minute. This was done on New Year’s Eve and even on New Year’s Day, which speaks volumes about her sense of responsibility and commitment. Salleh – Expert in Secure Packing On moving day, Salleh was in charge of dismantling our queen bedframe and 4-Tier metal storage shelf, shrink-wrapping them, including the queen mattress, and our marble dining set. His workmanship was meticulous and thorough. All items remained perfectly secured and protected. Denis and Team – Seamless Execution from Start to Finish Denis, the supervisor, together with his well-coordinated team of seven, better known to us as The 8-Strong, ensured the move was carried out smoothly and efficiently. His strong leadership, careful planning, and eye for detail made the entire process stress-free. He was also personally involved in shrink-wrapping and packing our fragile items, handling everything systematically and with great care. CYC Movers has once again proven themselves to be top-tier moving company. Their consistency, professionalism, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Not my first time engaging CYC’s services and definitely won’t be my last. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. From enquiring to the actual moving day, they were assuring and prompt. Jessica was very responsive and friendly. The video call to quote was done in a very efficient manner which lasted only a few mins and her estimation on the number of boxes needed was second to none! Amazing! Raju and his team arrived punctually on moving day and they were careful, organised and fast. Everything was completed within 4hrs and everything went smoothly. Will use them again if I ever move and will for sure recommend them to anyone!

The sales and admin support team were friendly and professional, always prompt in responding to my queries. The moving team, comprising of Mr Rishi and Mr Razif, were careful in wrapping up my items and ensuring that all items were lifted, not dragged on the floor since I just had marble polishing and wood vanishing done in my house. I’m also glad that all items relating to the move were provided such as boxes, bubble / paper wraps, tapes, etc. As a first time mover, at first I was unsure if I really needed all the items but they proved to be very useful.

Excellent service from Rishi, Raju and team! Fast, efficient, and reliable. Communication was very clear from the start and they were quick to reply to any questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They arrived right on time as promised and were very meticulous with the packing, making sure everything was properly protected and handled with care. I was especially impressed that they were able to accommodate my tight deadline and still deliver such a professional job. Overall, great experience and fairly priced as well. Highly recommended!
