Families interested in enrolling their child should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as student care places can fill quickly, particularly at the start of the school year in January. When you make contact — via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form — it is worth asking about the daily routine, the staff-to-student ratio, and what the settling-in period looks like for new students. Parents of Singapore citizen children should also ask whether the centre participates in any ECDA-administered subsidy schemes, as eligibility and quantum depend on the specific programme type and the child's citizenship status.
To take the next step, reach out to D'Learners Education Centre directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about current vacancy for your child's intended start month and to arrange a visit to the centre before committing.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

The student care environment at D’Learners has been great for my child so far! The teachers ensure that school homework is duly completed, and provide guidance when required. During school holidays, excursions are also being organized to inject some fun and play for the children.
D'Learners has been fantastic for our child! The staff are caring and professional, creating a warm and nurturing environment. The variety of activities keeps our child engaged and excited every day. Communication is excellent, with regular updates that keep us in the loop. Highly recommend this wonderful after-school program!
My boy joined the student care centre since 2021 and he still enjoys going to the centre as a P6 as well as during school holiday period. I am so thankful to the centre principal and all other teachers for their help with homework checking, learning each subject, etc, which is the greatest help to a working mother. With teachers’ help, his Science subject was improved from AL4 in P5 last year to AL2 in P6 this year. The principal and teachers are taking very good care of the students and bring them out for various activities time to time. I recommended the centre to friends and would like to send my younger boy to the centre too.
Totally satisfied and happy with the consistent care, guidance and supervision given to my child who is just 7yo this year. The center make sure all school homework and spelling (both Chinese and English) are timely done and learned. The teachers will endorse on student handbook every school days to assure you that they have checked and ensure they finished their work before they return home, giving no further homework stress to Mummy and Daddy after a hectic work day. As the schools have adjusted to no exams for P1 & P2, some parents are getting worried whether the child can cope when they reach P3. The center is also offering Short test / assessment to the children on a regular basis and in an exam setting to see how they fair and whether they are coping well and managing time well. Feedback are timely given to the parents. The center also design affordable holiday programs to entertain the children. I can tell that the carefully planned outings aimed to give more knowledge through play and help build bonding between the kids. My child has also feedback several times that she loves going to this student care. Last but not least, their fees are the most reasonable I've seen. You've got to enquire and experience it for yourself ! Kudos to all the teachers in the center !
As a working mum, it's draining when i have to monitor their hmwk and spelling after a tiring day. I'm glad and lucky that i found D'Learners. Not only the Teachers are caring and patience but most importantly responsible as they will ensure that my boy finishes their hmwk & spelling before heading home. With this alone, i can have more bonding time with them. Teachers also cares about their well being and will constantly update me on their progress.Rates are also reasonable.Overall, it definitely worth it. Glad i found D'Learners.Highly recommended! =)

D'Learners Education Centre charges fees on a monthly recurring basis, positioned at a mid-range price point. When enquiring, ask specifically about the monthly programme fee, any one-time registration fee payable upon enrolment, and whether a deposit is required — a deposit equivalent to one or two months' fees is common practice in Singapore student care centres. You should also clarify whether uniform costs or personal accident insurance are charged separately. Childcare and student care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly figure quoted should be the amount you pay without an additional goods and services tax component. Always request a written fee schedule before signing any enrolment agreement. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Subsidy eligibility at student care centres in Singapore depends on the specific ECDA-approved programme the centre operates under. For childcare centres, the Basic Subsidy offers up to S$300 per month, with an additional Working Mother's Subsidy available where the mother works at least 56 hours per month. An income-tested Additional Subsidy can bring combined support to up to S$710 per month for lower-income households. Subsidies are available to Singapore citizen children; Singapore Permanent Resident children may qualify for partial support. Subsidy quantum and eligibility criteria are subject to change. Contact D'Learners Education Centre directly to confirm which ECDA-funded programmes it participates in, and visit the ECDA website for the most current figures before making any financial assumptions.
Popular student care centres in Singapore can fill their places several months in advance, and January — the start of the school year — is typically the busiest intake period. For mainstream student care, it is generally advisable to enquire at least three to six months ahead of your child's intended start date to avoid missing out. To secure a place, centres usually require payment of a registration fee and, in some cases, a deposit. Contact D'Learners Education Centre directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about current availability for the relevant school year and to understand the steps needed to confirm a slot.
