Visited Da Orchard MedSuites recently for a full body health checkup and the experience was excellent - from the booking of appointment to the lead up. Everything was fuss free and very customer oriented. The entire space has a distinctly premium feel — from the modern interiors to the refined, hotel-like ambience. Very much what you would expect from them being in the same building with COMO. Everything is designed to be sleek, calm, and comfortable, which immediately puts you at ease. Absolutely love the private waiting pods as well which offers privacy and silent rest time. The waiting areas were pleasantly quiet and never felt crowded, making the whole visit feel unhurried and stress-free. Seats were well-spaced, and the overall environment was clean, bright, and thoughtfully maintained. Pantry area was also well stocked with Milo, fruits, light bites, Kombuchas, Yoghurt, and isotonic drinks. The doctors and nurses I encountered were highly professional, attentive, and reassuring. They took time to explain things clearly without rushing, and the nursing staff were warm and efficient, which added to the sense of care and trust. I had a tough time drawing blood though but trust it may be a one-off issue with my body at that day. A polished, well-run medical suite with premium service standards — definitely a great option if you’re seeking quality healthcare in the Orchard area.

I recently completed my health screening here and I was thoroughly impressed. The entire process was seamlessly organized and incredibly efficient, yet still felt professional and thorough. The quality of the check-up was amazing! The registration process was quick and with genuine warmth. Highly recommended for their expertise and exceptional customer service! ♿️ wheelchair accessible entrance, easy to navigate around as there is a lot of room of space.

Nice place with lounge and plenty of water dispensers. Only downside is the nurse had to jab me twice as the first time, she mentioned my blood taken coagulated and might not be of use. First time I’ve gotten such feedback in my life 😅 Maybe it’s just how it is, bad luck, or perhaps inexperience. 🤷🏿‍♂️ They are friendly though. Deducted another star because I was told to go back to retake my blood test as the first one was contaminated and couldn’t be used. First time in my life hearing such stuff (as a matter of fact, I didn’t had to retake my blood over my 30+ years of living). 🥲 The doctor and admin are not in sync as well. Doctor called me 1 day after urgently asking me to retake my blood test somewhere else (as their office is closing soon) due to critically high potassium count. Admin called me 3 days later asking me to schedule another appointment to retake my blood test due to contamination. 😅 They even attempted to charge me again for the blood test until I told them I was told to go back to retake due to contamination.

DA MedSuite @ COMO is truly exceptional. The nurses and front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. The entire facility was spotless, and the addition of a private resting pod was a brilliant, thoughtful touch that made the experience even more comfortable. Each station was carefully designed to prioritize patient comfort, I really appreciated that. The doctors were also very thorough in explaining each finding, which gave me great confidence throughout the process. This place sets the gold standard for medical screening. If you’ve never done a health screening before, I highly recommend starting here. You’ll be in excellent hands!

Booked a 9:00 AM VO2Max health screening at DA Medsuites. The Ironwood package only had 2 tests, this and a DEXA body composition scan. The VO2Max test did not begin until 10:20 AM. I left more than an hour after the originally scheduled time and was consequently late for a separate doctor’s appointment. No prior notice was given of a delay of this magnitude. The facility itself is new and aesthetically impressive. However, operationally it inspired less confidence than an established hospital setting such as Mount Elizabeth Orchard, beside it. Being a weekday morning after 9:00 AM during work hours, the center was visibly not busy. Based on corridor traffic and the queue display screens, there were no more than 2–3 patients present at any given time. The delay appeared to stem from multiple patients being scheduled for VO2Max testing in the same morning without proper staggering. This seems to be a scheduling issue rather than congestion. During the VO2Max test itself, one technician was audibly asking another which buttons to press to configure the machine. The instructions given during the test also seemed prone to allowing early termination before true maximum exertion was reached. For a performance-based assessment where accuracy depends on proper protocol and maximal effort, this raises concerns about consistency and reliability. If clustering of specialized tests and on-the-job calibration of equipment are standard practice, this should be communicated clearly. For time-sensitive medical appointments and performance testing, both punctuality and procedural confidence are critical.
