Kelice promptly responded via WhatsApp, readily accepted the repair work for my Shyzip system (originally installed by another company), and even took the time to reply after office hours. Had a really good experience with Direct Curtain! :) This was our first time installing blinds. Hong was patient in explaining the different types of blinds which allowed us to make a more informed choice of the type of blinds that would better suit the needs of the different rooms. There was also a variety of colours and designs to choose from! Edward who did the installation was also really professional. He even highlighted a defect he found in the blind which we did not pick up and immediately shared that he will request for a replacement. Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the team at Direct Curtain! 🙏🏼
