Ah Zhe and Ah Xiang came over today and helped set up the zipblind. Their service was excellent! They helped me pair the motors to the zigbee network and even replaced a motor on the spot that they felt was not working too well. I really appreciate the dedication and time they put into making sure it’s fully working before handing it over back to me. I recently attended product demos with Chris from Outdoor Inc and Alice from Fabric Inc at their showroom, and once again, the experience was excellent. Both Chris and Alice have outstanding product knowledge — they clearly know their products inside out, and even understand their competitors well. Their confidence and professionalism made the entire decision-making process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was their service from pre-purchase all the way to post-purchase. They went the extra mile to coordinate directly with my interior designer and contractors regarding installation timelines, colour selections, and measurement dates. This level of care and coordination is not easy to find, and it really made the whole process seamless for me. Besides price competitiveness, product quality and speed in delivery/installation, we are fortunate to be assisted by Alice and Esther throughout the order process and post installation services. I have just completed my zip track installation with Outdoor Inc. My sales person contact was Alice. She have been extremely supportive all these while when it comes to queries and clarification. There were some instances where reminders were needed, but to give her a benefit of doubt that she was busy with other things on hand. Apart from that, she provides a good service addressing to my queries. As for their installers, they do take care of the surroundings during installation, especially putting protection to my newly varnished balcony decking. Small hiccup was that the zigbee module to the blinds had issues. Chris came by to help pair the ziptrack but was unable to do so. End up the installer had to come back to replace the modules and Chris was able to assist through the phone to pair the modules. Even though there were some hiccups, but the team managed to resolve them quickly and promptly. Shout out to Alice, Chris, and the installer team. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience.

From introduction of product to the installation of the outdoor blinds, the entire process was smooth and easy. Chris was super helpful and communication was smooth via text. In person, even better.. after speaking with Chris, he gives off a positive vibe and is knowledgeable on his product. One thing in particular that i liked was that he not only share knowledge on his own products, but also was helpful with sharing his experience in his own smart home journey. Installation was done by his staff, which took about 5 hours. So far all good. No complains at all. Highly recommended!
