Dr Ben is probably the best doctor I have ever come across. Having known him for years, he is always presentable, respectful and highly professional. I especially like the fact that he shakes my hand each time I visited, and this is a personal touch not experienced in other clinics. It also shows how much he values his patients. I will highly recommend Dr Ben to men who are facing men's related issues. His wealth of experience and personable demeanor make him a gem in the industry, and keep you at ease each time. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Khoo. She is such a genuine, person-centred and nurturing doctor. Just wrapped my 2nd annual health check with her, she is astute, knowledgeable and highly professional — but what sets her apart for me is her authenticity and sincerity. There are doctors, and there are Doctors (if you know what I mean). She is so rare and special, and those I’ve personally recommended to visit her fully agree. I hope all who visit Dr Khoo give her the light that she gives so freely to others 🩷 the clinic staff are also very warm and friendly, even when things are on the busy front. I have consulted Dr. Khoo a few times and along with Dr. Ben they make a fabulous team. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable and will do their best to treat your problems. A special mention of their clinic staff too who are very soft spoken yet very efficient in managing patients and crowds.

I consulted Dr. Ben for a men's health issue and I must say it is not just the doctor, but the entire setup of the place, the nurses and the location that stands out. The clinic is located conveniently in the CBD area, within a discreet office block, but also easily located. Tucked at the corner with 2 entry & exit points, the clinic makes it very convenient and comfortable for the diagnosis and subsequent treatments. The waiting area is comfortable with TV and water available for you. Dr. Ben is a very approachable and professional doctor. He is knowledgeable, friendly and understands the struggles and anxieties that men face during this journey. His clinic offers a wide variety of testing and treatment options and he does not push you to go for the most premium ones, but just whatever is essential for you to get your treatment and to feel comfortable along the journey. His supporting team of nurses are very professional and friendly as well. They approach you at the waiting area when it is your turn, and their responses on Whatsapp for appointment and questions are always warm and friendly. Similarly, due to the nature of patients at the clinic, they are very discreet and soft-spoken during the billing & sharing of the medications required. Even the lady who takes the blood test is very friendly and discreet, yet very careful and professional as well. This is never before seen in a clinic or specialist that I have gone to. As such, it is not just the doctor, but the entire ecosystem of this clinic that understands and provides support to men. I will not hesitate to visit Dr. Ben's clinic for any men's health concerns in the future, and will highly recommend him to any men who are looking for a reliable, understanding and safe place to get diagnosis and treatment!

I booked an appointment for the next day and was so impressed—they replied almost instantly! When I arrived at Dr Ben Medical @ Tanjong Pagar, the clinic assistant was super friendly and caring. One of them even brought me a cup of water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. The clinic itself is cozy, spotless, and beautifully renovated. I especially loved the interiors of the waiting area—it felt more like a boutique space than a typical clinic. Dr Khoo was amazing. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and gave helpful, honest advice. I walked out of there feeling genuinely cared for, which doesn’t happen often at clinics. This place just gave me a warm, safe vibe. I’m so glad I found it!
