I first met Dr Lily Kho in 2020 during the pandemic when I was diagnosed with a very large ovarian cyst and needed surgery. At that time, I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t understand what was happening to my body. Dr Lily Kho was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly during every pre- and post-operation consultation. One moment I will never forget was during a pre-operation appointment when I broke down in tears in the consultation room because I was facing everything alone. Despite having many patients waiting outside, she showed so much patience, care and understanding, and gave me the time and reassurance I truly needed. That meant more to me than words can express. On the day of the surgery, after I was admitted and being pushed towards the operating theatre, I remember looking around for her. The moment I saw her already in her surgical scrubs, I immediately felt calm and reassured. During my hospital stay after the surgery, she came to review me in the ward. Every visit made me feel more comfortable and confident about my recovery. I also remember a group of young doctors who came to check on me — one of them in particular he was very kind and genuinely caring. Dr Lily Kho’s team are also fantastic. Unfortunately I can’t remember all their names, but I do remember Ms Zakiah. Thank you for being such a warm, supportive and lovely team. Even after all these years, I still continue my routine check-ups with Dr Lily Kho. I am truly grateful for her professionalism, patience and compassion throughout my journey. Choosing Dr. Chua — from my first pregnancy at KKH to later following him to IVF Alpha Clinic — was truly one of the best decisions my husband and I made in our fertility and pregnancy journey. From the very beginning, Dr. Chua was kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring, especially because my path to motherhood was never an easy one. His steady presence during my first pregnancy and delivery gave us so much comfort and trust. Years later, when we were ready to try for our second child, we didn’t hesitate to continue our journey with him at Alpha IVF. We had heard wonderful things about the clinic, but experiencing it ourselves was even better. The entire team at Alpha IVF made us feel genuinely cared for — not just as patients, but almost as if they had known us since our first pregnancy. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism always made us feel safe and supported. When we found out we were expecting twins, I was overwhelmed with both joy and fear. But Dr. Chua’s calm confidence and the team’s consistent, attentive care guided me through every scan, every worry, and every moment of uncertainty. Because it was a high-risk pregnancy, Dr. Chua thoughtfully advised us to have a backup delivery plan with another gynae in case of early labour. While we had hoped he could deliver the twins himself, we understood it was the best plan for the babies’ safety — and we are grateful he cared enough to put their wellbeing first. Today, as I hold my two precious babies in my arms, along with my toddler by my side, my heart is full. We will always be thankful to Dr. Chua and the IVF Alpha Clinic for walking this journey with us and helping our family grow in the most beautiful way. We highly, highly recommend Dr. Chua and Alpha IVF to anyone trying to conceive or already pregnant — you will truly be in good hands.
And honestly, from the moment you step out of the lift, the entire clinic makes you feel like a VIP. ❤️

Dr Lily is my amazing IVF & gyne doctor, gifted w 10+ yrs exp, guiding patients through both routine gyane care and fertility treatment with a gentle approach. Making couples dreams come true like a breeze. I was happy to introduce my bffs to come for their Gyn & IVF check ups w her, she’s very gentle, intelligent, knowledgeable about preparing of IVF births to having high eq to help miscarriages in couples, expert in older couples to conceive.
