Genuinely caring, kind-hearted, approachable, very detailed, highly competent and trustworthy. Those are my impressions of Dr Francisco. I feel very lucky to have found him. Most doctors make me feel like patients’ problems aren’t real to them; they treat patients just like a job or mere source of income. But Dr Francisco is different. From the first time I contacted him via email to this day, he consistently proves that he truly cares about his patients. He never pretends that he is a super human that can fix everything himself. He encourages me to work with him to improve my overall health. I think that’s why he cares about educating his patients thoroughly. He always studies my results and history before each appointment, walks me through each of them, takes careful notes, communicates clearly, and answers all of my questions patiently. While many other doctors are very calculating with their time, Dr Francisco is very generous. He once called me on a Sunday just to answer a question I asked over whatsapp. When he discusses a plan, he takes into account my situation (I come from a country with much weaker currency) so he never pushes anything and is gentle in his approach. I trust Dr Francisco, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who really wants to work towards their kidney and overall health.

Dr. Francisco is probably the most attentive and approachable doctor I have met in my life. He spent almost 2 and a half hours during our first consultation and reviewed the history very thoroughly giving us full attention to diagnose the issue, and we went home very happy as he found the problem that other doctors couldn’t. If it weren’t for Dr. Francisco we would have decided to go for dialysis when there was no need at the time. He is also very approachable anytime over the phone/WhatsApp and this is very important to us as we consult him from abroad and physical meetings aren’t possible all the time. We are truly grateful to Dr. Francisco since our first consultation with him.

This is the first review I have ever written, just to give some perspective . Honestly, the most reliable an informed doctor. Dr. Francisco went quite above and beyond to ensure that extensive checks were done to answer questions I had due to medical concern. I had silently worried about this issue for over a year and was relieved after speaking with Dr. Francisco and undergoing some examinations. From here on out I will definitely be working with him for any concers in the future. Thank you Dr. Francisco!

I am a dialysis patient under the care of most passionate, emphathetic and best doctor in Singapore, Dr Francisco. He is so approachable (in person, by phone and online) as he always willing listen and explain me everything that i need to know about my condition. It is a pleasure to have found Dr. Francisco. Until I met him, my kidney stones were something that we can no do anything. He really spend quality time taking my history (not many doctors do that today). Dr. Francisco did research and came back with some suggestions, which have improved my situation. Dr. Francisco is exceptionally good listener, patient, gives quality time and advise. Recommend to any one without any hesitation.
