When you think tele-consultation you think convenience. Not for the myEUDA app. I've waited since 1 day before for an available doctor to attend to me. Today, I've been waiting since 9am (It's 3.15pm now) , after 6 long hours of waiting by the phone (in fear that if i leave my phone I'll miss the doctor) , I was given a call by myEUDA to do a walk in instead. Total waiting time BY the phone : 8 hours+ Results : Have not seen a doctor and was asked to do a walk in For corporates intending to partner with this app, I strongly recommend to check other options in the market. Update* MyEUDA doesn't seem receptive of this bad review and has reached out to my employer to get me to remove this post. I would think that while my employer has ties with MyEUDA, I was the person that suffered from this ordeal. MyEUDA could've reached out to me personally instead of reaching out to my employer to get this review removed. Not sure if this is in hopes of using my employer to pressure me into removing this review.
