Dr Poh is an excellent doctor - attentive, clinically competent, and has good communication skills. However, his staff leave much to be desired. Slow in replies, deliberately ghosting patients, lax, poor communication, and apathetic. I've been to this clinic and interacted with the staff a few times and noticed the same behavior repeatedly, so it's definitely not a one-off.
