I was scheduled to do an ultrasound scan. As being new, I was not aware of what information the nurse or doctor had to filed up. On the day of my scan, I was told that no information was provided. They called the nurse and they promised to check. I waited for 20 mins to get the information. This is the first time I encountered such problem despite having done many scans in the past with various doctors. My experience with the nurse has not been good. She is not professional. Maybe she has to multitask, hence, unable to provide quality service

I was the one who researched for this specialist doc, it's for my hubby digestive issue, was hoping for a better and more holistic consultation, but got disappointed, the doctor looked down on me as the spouse and prescribe exorbitant rate for probiotic. My hubby is not getting better yet. His consultation quality is at the same level as govt hospital specialist. Buyer beware
