I was really happy to get an appointment from one day to the next. But when I arrived for my appointment — the first one of the day at the clinic — the doctor wasn’t there. I waited 20 minutes and then left. I’d rather find another doctor who also respects the patients’ valuable time. And I don’t mind paying 250 dollars for a doctor who sees me with a reasonable delay. So no, I definitely don’t recommend this place.

I made the appointment in NL through the website, soon they contacted me via whatsapp, made clear about the consultation fee and everything went very smoothly. dr. Lynne is attentive and professional, she took time to listen and observe my child carefully. My child also took a hearing test, and I will never forget how Andrew, the senior audiologist was so empathetic. Wesanti was also very kind, informative and helpful. Every medical action is informed firsthand, they’re very clear about the cost and time, and they give me time to think and talk to my insurance company in NL. My experience there was good and tbh, heartwarming.

Poor communication and vague pricing. When you ask about tests upfront, they will tell you to get consultation first, so they can prescribe & charge. Very scammy behavior.

Antibiotics for skin condition at KK did not work and visited Dr Lim out of desperation (it was 1135am on a Saturday). Initially thankful that Dr Lim agreed to see him; unfortunately all she could offer was she doesn't know what is the condition causing the problem. She also got her nurse to swab my child's ear even though there were no weepy lesions. We had no choice but to go back to KK A&E. When we were there, we learned that it makes no sense to swab the ear when there are no lesions because most likely you will end up testing for common bacteria that is on the skin :/ Avoid at all costs

SCAM! Keep up selling and giving you the false impression that can claim back from insurance. We brought our daughter there for ear check up and as my wife is coughing badly, the staff pressured my wife to check her throat, mentioning that the scope is consider day surgery and can be claim through insurance. Through her pressure, my wife went for throat scope and also blood test for allergies, bill was $2k+. We even check with them again that our policy is with GE and will there be any issue? The reply was most of their claim go through successfully but some got back 90% or 70%. Claim status: Approved, but NO PAYOUT! The facts that they did not tell you before hand, only after questioning to Ms Ju (their staff) on the phone: - They are not panel doctor to any of the insurance company. In GE case, the first $3500 is not claimable. - 2 out of 10 submission is no payout. That's 20%, very high!! Everday 2 customers will face this issue, 10 every week, 40 every month, 500 every year! Ridiculous that they didn't highlight it. - Why the cavert that some get back 90% or 70% only? Because pratically none get back 100% of the claim. No one! Ms Ju couldn't give me a number of patient that got 100% claim other than some get back 90%, 70%, etc. Is it a scam? Yes, because it's an intentional deceptive act, giving me the impression that large % of the fee can be claim back from insurance. Visit at your own risk, be mentally prepared to spend much much more than you planned.
