Dr Chia Su-Ynn is solutions-driven and didn't waste any time in getting me the treatment/intervention I needed for multiple conditions, with proven results in less than 4 months. She is also very knowledgeable and keen to share her years of wisdom about dietary/lifestyle changes for me to achieve better health, physically and mentally. Expect a very focused, encouraging and efficient style without mollycoddling. The administrative staff and other clinic assistants are also kind, supportive and helpful. All in all, a very positive experience.

I used to see Dr chia but due to a horrible experience couple years back decided to drop her as my endo. Now after a few years of not seeing any endo , I was looking for a new one and a few people recommended Dr Alvin Ng to me. The clinic refused to give me an appointment with Dr Ng saying the patients cannot switch between doctors in the same practice as a clinic policy .Nevermind that I last saw Dr chia in 2021, more than 2 years back. Seems like this is a clinic where the doctor's ego comes above patients' well being. Plenty of great doctors in SG, I would avoid this clinic. Not to mention the exorbitant prices and long wait times

I have been attending this clinic for many years. I noticed a drop in their service quality after they hired some new staff in the past 2 years. Previously, the nurses were warm and very helpful, but recently some of the new nurses were rather rude and impatient. I am rather disappointed. There was a point of time when I actually went in on a workday at 430pm, but because my dr was not in office, I was initially turned down for blood test.

Dr Chia Su-Ynn is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. She was extremely empathetic and patient when I explained the background of my case, and reassured me that any detail I provided was valid even when I felt that I was wasting her time. After that, she explained the thyroid system to me, very clearly and concisely. She is able to break complicated concepts into an easily understandable summary. After ordering some tests, she sent me a very clear explanation of my diagnosis. Great bedside manner! I’m glad I do not need the services of an endocrinologist right now, but should I need then in future, it is clear that she is my top choice!
