Excessive and expensive tests were done without informing the purposes clearly. Lack of sympathy. Asked question if the next advice from him whether to see another specialist was very urgent or could wait a while while we treated the breathing issue, he answered blatantly: up to you! We paid your service as you are the doctor and you answered like that?? The staff, however, are helpful, friendly and more empathetic.
