I know the doctor here is great but the receptionist is the worst, I have been asking for the blood test result through WhatsApp which they promised to give but there is no response … then why put the WhatsApp no in your announcement? Doctor should consider changing their receptionist

My 85-year-old father was given a new medication without being informed of possible side effects. After taking it, he experienced severe dizziness, and the hospital later found his sodium level was low. Both his GP and specialist advised reducing the dosage/frequency — something that could have been avoided with proper explanation at the start. On another visit, nurse was given a 2:30 PM appointment but only saw the doctor close to 5 PM. For an elderly patient, sitting and waiting that long is uncomfortable and risky. When I asked the nurse, the reply was simply “too busy.” If the clinic knows there’s a delay, they should inform patients beforehand. I hope the clinic will take elderly patient safety and comfort more seriously in the future.

This Dr done one cystoscopy in his room and my prostate got severely infected and till date it is not fully cured. This cystoscope should have been done in an operation theatre set up not in his room. it is a serious offence. a doctor is doing harm to patient

Great doctor but waiting time is either over 1 or 2 hours and that is just unacceptable in this day and age. No matter how good the doctor is, he or she needs to respect the patient’s time as well. On top of that, how can there receptionists be so unprofessional? Being super nosy and asking all these personal questions that doesn’t concern them at all.
