Dr Tan was also very friendly and patient in explaining my meniscus injury on my right knee, offering clear advice and reassurance. What impressed me most was his prompt response and quick diagnosis when my youngest son had a wrist fracture recently — he was calm, thorough, and extremely helpful during a stressful moment. I would like to express my praise and appreciation for Dr Tan Kok Kuan. I had a procedure done with Dr Tan and he was highly professional, empathetic and reassuring throughout the experience. He delivered on his assurances and made sure I knew what to expect. Despite me getting a normal sense of nervousness in the beginning, it did not feel like an ordeal. I was out cold during the procedure and the op was entirely painless, aside from the anaesthesia jab which was expected.
