Doctor Tan is a kind hearted doctor with patience care and concerns for his patients. He has professional medical skill and follow up closely the progress after my husband’s medical procedure, even on weekends. He explained the medical condition and procedure in great details, answer precisely and concisely all our questions and gives very pertinent and helpful advice. His operations skills is superb as evidenced by the speedy recovery of my husband. Would strongly recommend him to any patient who is in need. We just returned safe and sound from expo in Osaka which is a great challenge to the physical strength of my husband ( walking over 15,000 steps every day under the extreme climate and standing over 8 hours a day ) considering that he only had his operation in early July.

About 2 weeks after my initial contact with Dr Tan's very responsive staff at his office, I flew to Singapore and had my 1st Consult with him. I was there for Rezum Therapy, after some tests, we discovered that not only my prostate was grossly over-sized, my kidney were badly injured. Dr. Tan explained to me clearly the different therapies. I choose to go for TURP. I was also admitted due to my serious conditions. I had surgery the following day. I stayed for another day after the surgery and was discharged the day after. I have gone to see a few Doctors in my 70 years of living. I am so glad that I found Dr. Tan to handle this critical health condition of mine at this time. I felt that I was in good hands. Throughout my treatment, Dr Tan was communicative in person and by whatsApp, checking and helping me to understand my post surgery process. He is caring, on time, clinically knowledgeable and competent. I fully endorsed and recommend him. Before I flew back home I had 2 follow-ups at his office. I am not done. I highly recommend Dr Tan! He is an exceptionally responsible, knowledgeable, and dedicated doctor. From the very first visit, he took the time to listen carefully to my conditions, explain the necessary treatment and procedures in details, and make sure my husband and me felt comfortable and informed. He performed my kidney stone removal surgery, and everything went very well because of his skills and professionalism. Moreover, he closely followed up with me to check if I’m recovering well. I felt completely confident in his care throughout the entire process. There are doctors who only want operations or procedures to be done in a way that is easy and profitable for them without caring how much patient may suffer. But Dr Tan has a heart for his patients and put patients’ prioritise patients’ interests. He is kind, patience, and genuinely care for his patients.

Dr Tan is very attentive to his patients. I find it surprising for him to personally text me regularly to follow up with my mum's condition. Also, Dr Tan is extremely bilingual and has a very reassuring tonality when talking to us. I feel very assured when he is doing the operation for my mum.
