Very bad service. All the nurses dun noe their stuff. Had to change so many people to draw blood. All the nurses in room 21 didnt bother to answer our questions.

My elderly father showed up 10.30am for pre-appointment test and ended up being delayed for more than half hour for his doc appointment at 11.30am. The reason is because the Indian nurse who is supposed to managing the patients is ‘busy’ on her phone but pretending to be looking at her files. I think she is doing a dis-service to the rest of her colleagues who are working very hard otherwise.
