Dr Wang was really good and patient with me. He explain thoroughly about what probably happen to me when I first visited his clinic, what he needs to do, and what would happen next. The overall procedure was pleasant, and now I’ve recovered. He didn’t suggest to take medicine when it’s not necessary. The staffs in the clinic were all nice and kind. 1. Good, attentive and reassuring doctor Been visiting Dr Wang since my bloating and constipation problems culminated early this year. From the get-go, Dr Wang has always been attentive to my concerns, clear in his explanations and very reassuring. I am always heartened to visit Dr Wang because he listens to my presenting symptoms, suggests solutions and discusses these solutions with me. 2. Effective treatment plan With Dr Wang, there is a high level of comfort and agency when it comes to figuring out a treatment plan collaboratively. Dr makes the effort to explain the effects of prescribed medications and backs it up with research data. One of the biggest indicators that treatment has worked well for me is that the amount of medication I am prescribed decreases with each visit. 3. Superb customer service The receptionists at Dr Wang's clinic are also nice and friendly. Once, when I called to let them know I was running late, the kind receptionist over the phone actually told me, "It's okay, don't rush, take care and be safe on your way here". Very impressive customer service. Thank you Dr Wang and team for giving me my health back! My experience with Dr Wang has been life-changing and IBS is no longer a debilitating condition for me. I can now live a full life after having the tools to manage its symptoms :)
