Dr Lim is a safe pair of hands- she saw me through two pregnancies. Both my children were born naturally. She was accommodating of my request to walk around the delivery suite when I was in labour, which I appreciated. At the same time, she was frank enough to tell us when she didn't agree with our idea of a birth plan.

Treated my endometriosis with her 5 years ago. She did not clearly explain the implications for the procedure recommended. She also prescribed a hormone therapy which had very bad side effects. I felt very sick after the procedure and went to see her, only to be treated with total lack of empathy. Basically told me to google about menopause and that if my condition comes back if I don’t want to continue with the therapy, don’t blame her. When I decided not to continue and she got irritated and dismissive. When I consulted another gynae for 2nd opinion in Mt E, I found out that the procedure I went through was not the best first option and the hormone therapy prescribed had damaging short and long term effects. There are cheaper and safer alternatives which should take priority. As a result of the decision to follow her recommended procedure, I’m living with the consequences now. I am now going through menopause at the age of 42. Will never recommend her to anyone.

Very unprofessional service given by Dr. Wen lim, since the first visits, noticed her ungroomed appearance but didnt pay much attention to it. BUT I should have, subsequent visits show her inability to explain the situation to us clearly. Asked for a report from previous week but was replied with "how much I charged you last visit, and you want this and that? You want me to charge you more?" What kind of professionalism is this? My wife and I are already down and stressed from a complicated pregnancy but this is how a doctor should behave? Shame on her. You are pretty much better off at other clinics, visit at your own risk.

Not recommended; I’ve seeing this Dr.wen lim for 2-3 years. Dr.wen Lim didn’t explained well (as we re not doctor). And I felt cheated, they asked me to do unnecessary tests. Even the nurses also every grumpy.. it just happened when called for reminding back for review section. After I hanged up the call , I felt like kena scolded by the nurse. So I decided, I won’t back to them again!!
