I visited this branch last Friday for health screening as I find Dr. Ong very approachable & so far on my 2 GP consultations, I recovered well & need not go back for a second time around. Nurse Amy who did the health checks was very friendly & jovial, contrary to some negative reviews of the clinic staff; Nurse Catherine who did my blood extraction has great skills as it was fast & not as painful as my previous experiences with some major hospitals. The cashier whom I believe is a foreigner was just as nice! Overall I find the staff, warm & friendly!

Visited them on Friday 30th May25, 9am. A Busy day for the team here, long queue. All have to scan the Ministry of health declaration QR code at the entrance of the door and after that, find a seat in the clinic and wait for your name to be called. Overall helpful staff but with the overwhelming patient, one has to understand.

Was attended to by Dr Samuel on 9 Mar 2024. He showed exceptional care and attention. I had difficulty walking, he helped me out of the clinic. Thereafter, he went back in to get me a cup of water and helped me with my medication to help alleviate the pain. I had never came across a doctor as compassionate as him. Short of one star due to the long waiting time and the receptionist attitude is questionable.
