Dr Tan has incredible bedside manners, one I haven’t experienced before. He is calm, patient, a good listener, asks all the right questions before jumping to conclusions and is empathetic about the pain experienced by the patient. I went to the clinic when I lived round the corner and now that I live 40 mins away, I still go back every time!

Receptionist was sick and with her running nose dripping wiped her nose and with the same hand returned me my card. It is insane a medical clinic does not even have the basic hygiene protocols, she should not be working at a clinic while having a contagious running nose to spread to others. Isnt it common sense? Also the doctor barely speak english and wanted to speak chinese to me. I think they changed the staff here because the service standard has severely dropped. Even the invoice they did not email out until i had to ask again. Edit: you need to review your CCTV again and your processes again for sick receptionist front staff before freely throwing around the word FRADULENT.
