Efficient and fast. Receptionist is polite. Place is clean. Registration was 3mins, instructions given to conduct the vaginal swab, 5mins max to self swab. There's a sink with antiseptic handrub, pedal bin to discard stuff, a stool to prop leg up, a cushioned seat to sit or put stuff on. A mirror. Door can be locked from the inside. Door is translucent, so a bit worrying there but the clinic was deserted at 6.15pm on Friday. Results sent to email 3 to 5 working days.
