Wanted a garden but was given a zen heaven. :) Was connected to Trudie from Earthscape Concept when we were looking for someone to build a water feature in our new place and instantly hit it off like old friends. From discussion to conception to the final delivery of the garden, Trudie has always been very responsive and physically oversee the project by herself. She is very generous in sharing her views and knowledge and at the same time open to work with our suggestions too. We had to cut half of our initial planning due to budget and Trudie still very professionally worked with us and deliver more than what we expected. Trudie together with the rest of the team (Boyuan and the workers) worked around the clock to turned my boring grass patch into a Zen Japanese Garden. It surely is the highlight of the house now. :) Could not recommend them enough to anyone who is looking to build a garden. ❤️

Company doesn't know how to do business, stupid phone line keeps getting directed to the finance department and am always told to email any inquiries to a generic email. The supposed person in charge of handling phone calls sure is lazy!

Engaged Earthscape to do a long overdue refresh of my garden which was dated and tired looking. As I had many plants collected over the years, I requested as much as possible to rehome these plants. Also requested a low maintenance garden. Part of the project also included dealing with a drainage / pooling problem in the garden. Shaun was patient with my various requests / changes and offered options and made suggestions for a refresh concept. The final transformation was a very natural, holistic and low maintenance tropical garden. The Earthscape crew was very professional and completed the project in a day under the scorching sun and then heavy thunderstorm. Thank you Shaun, my 'plant whisperer' and the awesome Earthscape crew. Appreciate all the hard work. I would highly recommend Earthscape for your landscaping needs. Thanks for a job well done !
